This experience was stunning. And I truly hope this review is shared with all the staff because this review is meant for them all and they’ve truly earned the compliments. Food was spot on and flavor compositions were phenomenal. Truly a hidden gem in south San Jose/Lost Gatos. Service was impeccable from the waiters’, managers’(?) and really all the staff. Verbiage, knowledge and attentiveness deserve a solid and indisputable 5/5 stars. Even our host with her amazing attention to the waters and all tables… truly an outstanding experience that deserves every praise and attention given. And a very big and specific shoutout to our waiter Julian and Federico(excuse me if I misspell any names). These two truly took every opportunity to go above and beyond. From industry to industry, thank you for the wonderful experience and will definitely send more people in your direction. With all the best wishes, Justin & Gustavo!
