Eating at The Waterhouse Project is always a special experience. The food is sublime & unlike anything I’ve eaten elsewhere. It’s a set menu with paired wines & the thought & creativity that has developed the unique dishes is down to the super talented Gabriel. The dishes are complex yet balanced & delicious. The whole team are personable, friendly & knowledgeable. Michelin star quality food

Really great place, lovely lovely staff. The cocktails are inventive and good value and the food delicious. Not cheap, but that's the world these days. Seven stars out of five. Yeah, it's breaking the boundaries of maths.

I had drinks with a group of friends on a Friday night on a DJ night. Was a bit concerned how noisy it would be but was perfect. When advertising you need to advise that it is gentle music as the evening was v quiet which i assume is because people were concerned about noise.

Love the concept of Next Door Records and it really didn’t disappoint. There’s a fun and friendly vibe and the grapefruit margaritas are delicious!
