Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in U Village / U District

T he ambience and decor was spectacular! Absolutely beautiful restaurant and the bar beside was next level. The service was was very quick and the servers were very attentive but the pacing was a little too quick as we got mains while still eating our appetizers. One drink was forgotten but they offered it on the house which was appreciated. The scallops, crab dip and polenta were amazing! The apple tart was fun for dessert. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

All the food and drinks were amazing, the bartender is knowledgeable on his drinks which is so nice! One thing to note is they charge a 22% tip, I like that they automatically do that but it doesn’t all go directly to the waiter so if you want to leave him more, well you’ll end up tipping more than 22% that’s completely optional though.

Tamura is our favorite sushi restaurant hands down. Always fresh and always good. The sushi plus the regular food is so good and consistent. Highly recommend.
