Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Petaluma

Great service and enjoyed our meal. We had Halibut cheeks for appetizers, wagyu steak and shrimp pasta dish for our main entrees with a side of fries and grilled veggies.

Attended a birthday celebration with 7 people. Hostess seated us right away and service was very good. Two of us ordered the Wine Country Cowgirl burger. Unfortunately, this was very unsatisfying. Though the meat was cooked properly (medium rare and medium), there was next to no brie on the burger (was so incredibly thin that I believe one of us only got the rind and no cheese) & the bacon onion jam that could not be tasted. What flavors came through were the balsamic reduction and the arugula. These two flavors were so strong that I couldn't even taste the meat (though I don't think there was any seasoning to the meat anyway). As this was almost $50 of the total bill, it was disappointing. On the other hand, another of our party had the fish & chips and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wonderful place to go for lunch and dinner! The food is consistently great and they gave a very good wine selection.

This is a gem of a restaurant I Wanted to try all of the dishes. The trout gravlax and hamachi collar were so good. We’re going back with friends to order and try all of the dishes.
