A Birthday Celebration at The Rooftop Bar at Mission Pacific, 201 N. Myers St. Every year, I celebrate my birthday in beautiful Oceanside, CA and one of my must repeat visit spots is The Rooftop Bar at Mission Pacific. It has become a personal tradition, and this year was no exception. Craving their signature Oyster Oh Lala, I stopped by for a birthday lunch and was warmly welcomed by Liv, our amazing server. She didn’t just provide great service she treated us like family. Her attention to detail and genuinely kind nature made our experience unforgettable. We were also greeted by Lisa, the host, whose inviting energy and friendly demeanor made us feel instantly comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming perfect for a special day like mine. Lieve recommended the Stonesteps cocktail, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. For food, I went with her suggestions: the grilled octopus and Caledoia shrimp and wow, both dishes were absolutely phenomenal. The flavors were bold, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every bite felt like a celebration. The ambiance, the ocean view, the food, and most of all, the hospitality made this lunch truly special. And the best part? My day isn’t over I’ll be returning tonight to enjoy the rooftop experience all over again. Thank you to the incredible team at The Rooftop Bar for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I can’t for my 7pm reservation tonight…

Easily the best meal of my life. The Denver steak was exceptional. Our server was kind and helpful. We even got a free dessert for our anniversary. Richard Blais never disappoints.

We sat at the fire table on the front sidewalk area - we felt very much a part of the restaurant, we could hear the music but conversation was easy to hear. Food came out on time and the service was excellent with great suggestions offered.

What a gem in South O! Rose Cafe strikes the perfect balance of casual atmosphere, darling decor, and outstanding culinary excellence. Beautiful selection of appetizers and entrées, perfect service, and the wine offerings were delightful. It’s now on my Highly Recommend dinner list for friends and visitors. Rose Cafe, you are a beauty!
