Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Mountain View

What a creative, interesting and delicious addition to the Los Altos food scene! Service was warm, friendly and excellent. It was our first time here so we tried to sample as many options as possible — the meat empanadas are a must, as is the causa de pulpo (octopus) appetizer. For mains: chicharron de cerda (pork belly), arroz de mariscos (seafood rice) and lomo saltado (ribeye stir fry) were our faves. Flan was a hit to finish off with. Pro tip— get cocktails!! They were all scrumptious: from the signature pisco sour to the Chuicito, Chilcano and spicy margarita (which they can make with mescal if you ask nicely). We will definitely be back.

As long-time customers of Cucina venti, we appreciate how the restaurant continuously adapts to trends while maintaining a wonderful ambiance. The food presentation was fantastic; I had the lamb chop and my wife had the risotto.The service was excellent, with our server suggesting truffle and scallop additions that elevated the dish. They also introduced new summer cocktails that were absolutely delicious. The overall atmosphere is classy and elegant, complemented by a beautifully decorated outdoor area. We can't wait to return!

The food was unique, delicious, came out quickly and served and explained perfectly. Jose our server was excellent, knew the menu front to back and helped us make excellent choices!! The whole staff from start to finish were wonderful. This is a Gem in Sunnyvale!
