Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. El Fogo siempre es una buena opción para comer o cenar, la barra de ensaladas es excelente, y las carnes unas mejores que otras, el servicio fue rápido y atento. Recomiendo venir awuí en grupo de amigos o con familia

Aunque me parece un poco caro, la verdad es que vale la pena. No me gusta la comida mexicana en el PNW, pero aquí sí se puede disfrutar de la autencidad de la cocina, en un ambiente muy agradable y elegante. Mucho cuidado cuando se sienten en los lugares en forma de nicho, los golpes en la cabeza son frecuentes. Lo digo por experiencia.
