Really, really great food, cosy atmosphere, high quality and warm service

I really enjoyed Famille! The customer service was outstanding! I like a restaurant that offers a worthwhile experience as opposed to just worthwile food. All of my boxes were ticked! I definitely plan on returning, and I want to thank Famile for their hard work.

Street tacos delivered an outstanding meal-every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Our server, Alyssa, was inattentive, disengaged, and lacked basic hospitality. She barely checked on our table, didn’t seem interested in providing a good dining experience, and made us feel like an afterthought. It was frustrating to receive such poor service when the food was so exceptional. Fortunately, the hostess stepped in, checked on us, and made an effort to turn things around. While the food alone would bring me back, the service needs serious improvement
