Best Restaurants with a Fireplace in Littleton

Always a solid place. Never had a bad meal and they know how to make a drink. Wish they had valet out front, but it doesn’t stop me from visiting.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Eddie Merlot's on Saturday evening. This was a celebration of our joint birthdays, and we wanted to go to a restaurant that had a nice atmosphere as well as good food. I'm happy to say that EM did not disappoint! There were many options from which to choose, and the food was very good and well prepared. I selected the smaller filet mignon and the 2 sides of sweet potato casserole and tempura green beans, which also were delicious. The staff surprised us by bringing our desserts presented on a plate that had been decorated with a stenciled Happy Birthday in chocolate. Service was professional, courteous, and attentive. Our server Sean was top-notch! He made some excellent suggestions for our wine and entrees, and he checked on us regularly and at the appropriate times. It seems that there are few restaurants left in the Denver area where one can still enjoy a delicious meal and in an atmosphere that feels inviting and a bit sophisticated. Thankfully Eddie Merlot's still offers such a place. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The Regular is now doing monthly guest Chef dinners. My party throurghly enjoyed the dinner prepared by up and coming chef, Carolina Zubiate. Looking forward to attending the next one in April.
