We started with the Black and Blue Filet—a rare, tender cut that practically melted in our mouths. Bold, beautifully seasoned, and expertly seared, it was a stunning appetizer that hinted at the culinary magic to come. For the main course, we savored three unforgettable dishes: the duck, exquisitely cooked and paired with a creamy risotto; the venison, rich, tender, and deeply satisfying; and the gnocchi with local lobster, a luxurious, comforting plate where pillowy handmade pasta met the sweetness of fresh, local seafood. Each dish was not only bursting with flavor but presented with the kind of elegance that reflects true culinary craftsmanship. The desserts were decadent, inventive, and utterly irresistible—each one a perfect finale to an exceptional meal.
