- MMargieMiami - Dade •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoDish after dish one better than the previous. We had as appetizers cod croquetas, piquillo de cangrejo and the wine chorizos, all amazing. I had the pear stuffed raviolis with shrimp and walnuts the best dish I’ve had in a long time. My friends had the surf and turf and the ribeye. The lobster tender and fresh, but the quality of the meat was good but not top. Do not leave without trying their caramelized almond bread pudín, it was something else!! The service provided by Michael and Gonzalo was the beat with attention to every detail. Great wine selection also. Loved the placed. Will become one of my regular places for sure.More infoCoquéPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Hato Rey Norte•4.5

- EEizabethNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined on May 3, 2025This had to be one of the top five dining experiences in my life! From the moment you walk into the door, you know that you are entering an intimate environment. Small and cozy, the decor albeit not at all traditional, is very warm and inviting. In the middle of the dining room toward the back is a lovely piano on top of which sits a beautiful large vase of flowers. The special treat is when the piano is played by the owner, Carli, with well known songs with a jazz interpretation - absolutely marvelous. The menu is totally out of this world and it was a most difficult decision on what to order - so many divine choices. We shared escargot served out of the shell in a creamy mushroom sauce, which we dipped the toasty garlic bread in, until it was gone. A unique and delicious twist on traditional escargot. The risotto with filet tips did not disappoint, nor did the Mahi Mahi in a soft curry sauce. Both choices were more than outstanding. The cocktails - oh the cocktails - so many elegant choices and if you enjoy a good wine, take a long look at the fantastic wine list. I don't know when we will be back in Puerto Rico but if and when we do go back, this will be the first restaurant I will make a reservation for. Highly recommend reservations.More infoCarli's Fine Bistro & PianoPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Old San Juan•4.4
