we came in at 5:45 and the place was about 1/3 full. it took us a while to seat as I only saw one server and the manager? we sat and i saw several other tables with menus but no cocktails so I assumed we would have to wait. which we did it did take a while for someone to come over to our table and we found out it was the manager/ owner , not sure. he was very nice and took our order. we heard him talking at another table and said he was from puglia. we talked a bit about Italy as we are moving there. once we got our order in the it sped up a little. I wasn’t sure at first but it’s nice to relax and not be rushed the food the Antipasto salad was amazing chopped salami artichokes olives lettuce tomatoes and an excellent dressing. entrees brown butter cacio e pepe and the toasted tortellini both were great. desert Paia homemade gelato hazelnut was excellent. You will wait here but it was totally worth it.

The concert was outstanding - the musical volume was perfect for listening enjoyment as well as brief table conversations. The food was hot, tasty, but a little overcooked (except the veggies which were perfectly crisp-tender!), the caper butter sauce was outstanding. Would love to see another dark-ish beer choice other than just Guinness. The cream ale was an interesting option.

Maui Brewing Co provided a nice place for a light meal and drinks. We went 2x and I tasted 2 beers. Both were great. The second time we went several of the items we wanted were not available, but since a water main broke that could be related. Food overall was good. I enjoyed the pizza. As my wife doesn't drink alcohol, she was ok with place, but not overwhelmed. I had a great time.

This was by far the most delcious meal on Maui for our trip. Ironic, as it's at our time share at the Westin. The service is excellent and the setting is gorgeous at sunset. I had the chicken potsitckers and the scallop rissotto-both were so delicious. I highly recommend this spot.
