Excellent Mexican food. Perfectly spiced; just the right amount of heat. Delicious homemade salsa and chips. Birria tacos-fantastic as was the enchiladas and fajitas….. and I grew up in the Southwest, so I’ve had my share of great Mexican food. Very reasonably priced. Our server, Kay, was the best! Thanks!

HiLo is officially one of my favorite places to dine for any occasion, lunch or dinner! Always excellent service and the menu choices are off the charts. The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh! I have a couple of absolute favorites, but so want to try some of the other entrees. What a dilemma! : ))

The food is great. Especially like their burgers, which is a mixture of beef, bison, and lamb. We had the best waiter Brent. The ambience is awesome -seeing Red Rocks and prices are very reasonable.
