We’ve dined at Crust three times now, and tried several different offerings. The blue cheese, apple, and avocado salad is delicious! Crisp and tangy! The fire roasted pizza is outstanding! Highly recommend. The bread and three dips appetizer is good, but there is way more dip than bread. I don’t know if bread is offered after the first small piece is eaten. We’ve tried several different pasta entrees, and though perfectly cooked, they are INCREDIBLY salty. Maybe there could be a low sodium sauce available for those watching their intake. Finally, we tried the gelato and enjoyed every bite. All in all, a gracious staff, a varied menu, and good value for an evening out. But please, consider a less salty alternative in the future.
