We offer a specialist yakitori menu at dinner - skewers of free-range, slow-reared chicken over hot charcoal on our custom-made hibachi - as well as classic izakaya dishes, including miso black cod and tempura, accompanied by a curated selection of wines, Japanese sakes and whiskies. Our signature beak-to-tail menu features 17 Yakitori cuts. This set is available at dinner time and on weekdays only. It would require 2 working days' advance booking, and a 50% deposit. Une cuisine de très bonne qualité sur base de bons produits. Carte des vins intéressante permettant de voyager au travers de l'Italie. Service efficace et attentionné......(bémol) dans une ambiance très bruyante mais conviviale.
