On Wednesday, June 11, join us for Dad’s Reserve: A Spirits Dinner at Elway’s, an exclusive evening in partnership with Breckenridge Distillery. Enjoy a chef-curated, multi-course dinner showcasing: A5 Steak Tartar with truffle and jalapeño, paired with Breckenridge Bourbon’s caramel warmth; Green Chili Lamb Roulade with tomato and fondue, echoing mountain sunsets, enhanced by Port Cask Whiskey’s fruity depth; Colorado Trout with fennel soubise and caviar beurre blanc, reflecting alpine streams, elevated by Rum Cask Whiskey’s tropical spice; and Seared A5 Wagyu with parsnip and mushrooms, evoking forested peaks, harmonized with PX Cask Whiskey’s sweet complexity. Each course is expertly paired with handcrafted cocktails, with exceptional spirits poured personally by Bret Zareck of Breckenridge Distillery. After dinner, guests will move up to the Plaza Terrace for a cigar and cocktail pairing to end the evening. Elway’s Downtown was phenomenal! We were there to celebrate our anniversary and they were wonderful. We could not have asked for a better experience.

I went here with a friend for a long weekend girls vacation in Denver. Our waiter was great, the drinks were good, as was the food. We got the shrimp cocktail which was a little bit rubbery, but not too bad. We also ordered steaks with lobster tails, and sides of asparagus and au gratin potatoes. The steaks had a crispy outside while being perfectly cooked inside and the lobster was cooked great. Really good experience.

Such a great experience, from the maitre d, to the bartenders before our dinner, our waiter... everyone was so nice, pleasant and friendly. Food was delicious, it's a must go!

My SO and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Food was excellent and the service is unmatched. I would highly recommend the fondue! Jeremy, our waiter and sommelier, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable of the menu and the wine list. All of his recommendations were spot on! Charles, the host, was so pleasant and friendly. He is a true expert in hospitality! Special thanks to Cael who boxed what we couldn’t finish and even coordinated a fridge to be sent up to our room so we could store it properly. We will be back!

The lights were too bright in the walls were dusty. My martinis were not great and had tons for small pieces of ice in them and my sides where bad as well the lamb chops came on a bed of refrigerated temp potatoes in the Brussel, sprouts were undercooked and had no flavour. My dates steak was overcooked from her request of medium rare.
