Enjoy a chef-curated, multi-course dinner showcasing: A5 Steak Tartar with truffle and jalapeño, paired with Breckenridge Bourbon’s caramel warmth; Green Chili Lamb Roulade with tomato and fondue, echoing mountain sunsets, enhanced by Port Cask Whiskey’s fruity depth; Colorado Trout with fennel soubise and caviar beurre blanc, reflecting alpine streams, elevated by Rum Cask Whiskey’s tropical spice; and Seared A5 Wagyu with parsnip and mushrooms, evoking forested peaks, harmonized with PX Cask Whiskey’s sweet complexity. Each course is expertly paired with handcrafted cocktails, with exceptional spirits poured personally by Bret Zareck of Breckenridge Distillery. Food was not good. The lobster tail and 1/2 chicken tasted like they were frozen and not thawed well. The tuna tartare had little taste. The guacamole was filled with garlic. The wedge salad was ok but what is with the 2 large slices of bacon? Not a good presentation. The service was terrible. It took 45 minutes to get our appetizer and the restaurant was not full. We had to ask for them to clear our table between courses, otherwise all the plates would have remained on the table. The server wore black rubber gloves. The same gloves as the housekeeping staff wears. Even though I am a Miami Dolphins fans, I was looking forward to dining at Elways. Very disappointing. Also not good for those of us staying at the Ritz and looking for a good in house dining experience after hours.

Everything was ok except the filet I ordered was one of the worst pieces of meat I have ever had and it was 60 bucks.

From the moment we checked in the staff was extremely welcoming and we were quickly seated. The food was delicious (calamari, 10 oz steak & mushroom). Our server Michael was spot with recommendations and service. Would recommend to others.

Decided to grab an early dinner before heading to show . Disappointing. Calamari was a bit chewy. My husbands filet was good however I ordered salmon (medium) which came out raw. Sent back and returned quickly with same. Ate half and gave up. The waiter offered to buy us dessert as he saw it was raw but we didn’t have time. No accommodation on our check . Won’t return.

Came for dinner. We had a great waiter. The Steak (New York Strip) was prepared correctly to order (Medium) but was way, way overcooked on the edge/top/outside, it was hard and chunky. Broke,in pieces. Road House prepares better for half the price. The Artichoke was wonderful, perfectly prepared. The loaded side potato was huge and well dressed. But the savior was the ding dong desert. So perfect, flavors, fruit, chocolate, filling. just a WOW, and at $12 a steal. I would come back for the desert anytime. Friend had the Short Ribs, and just melted apart. Said it was delicious. I would recommend some of the other menu items, but skip the steak. Heard from other customers the same thing. The staff was very attentive, good service. The restaurant was a bit loud. The walls are not designed to absorb sound and are basically bare cement, so as the restaurant got busier, harder to talk and hear. Basically, come for the desert at night.
