I took my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday and we had Babi as our waiter. He had great drink recommendations. He was very attentive when it came to us. Took our pictures. Have him a cupcake for his bday. He was overall an amazing waiter!! As it goes for the food I had the scallops he had the braised short ribs and we had oysters. They were all such amazing dishes. 10/10 overall. Amazing atmosphere! Would definitely recommend!

The combination of fine jazz, excellent seafood, and potent drinks makes Eddie V's one of the best bars in Charlotte. Right in the heart of the city's bustling Center City neighborhood, Eddie V's is a colorful restaurant with an exciting atmosphere. A daily happy hour is a place to enjoy drink and food specials. Go for one of the classic mojitos with Bacardi and muddled mint, or a Bulleit sour made with honey, fresh lemon, and lime sour. Pair those with food from the "teasers" menu, like blackened fish tacos, steak tartare, or lamb lollipops.

We went here for wife’s birthday. Service was SO excellent, as were all of the dishes. They had decorated our tablecloth with glitter in the form of birthday cakes, balloons. Stars and streamers. Every staff member encountered wished her a happy birthday. When the seafood tower ordered was unavailable, manager came to table to apologize and offer alternatives. We were also given a small bottle of sparkling wine. Steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. At end of meal, we were offered a sampling of three desserts. They tried so hard and succeeded so well in making my wife’s birthday a very special occasion. Will definitely be back!!

Extremely enjoyable experience on a visit to the city — we chose the Treatment, the chef’s selection, and could not have been more pleased with the service and the food both. Uniformly excellent but we were especially impressed by the scallops and halibut, and the wine selection was well considered. Highly recommended.

Food was very tasty, but server was inattentive, and the booth we were sat at in the bar area was horribly uncomfortable.
