Great dinner all around
Ah ah Ahhhhmazing! Everything! I came out with my girlfriend to enjoy a night out and orep for our Longevity conference/celebrste divorce and our Waiter Joe was Fantastic and On it! His recommendstion on the old but still in fashion drink Was Sooo Delicious, I ordered another! The food here was Fantastic and worth Every penny! We ordered 3 apps, 1/2 shell towere and shared wild shroom bolognese! I ciuldnlt Find Fault even if I wanted too! We had several drinks, rose, chardonnay, pellegrino, bottle water snd cocktsils and stayed till closing! Lol we didnt want to leave! The ambiance and atmospher was Spot on! My girl is very Posh and European, not snobby, But she Loved it here! Hostess extended my reservations whenninasked because GF was running a bit behind and Everyone was Generally sincer, Kind, accomodating and Just Wow! I loved this Place more than Elways dare I say and I frequent there monthly. Itʻs even Better than STK! Will be back oftem especially with a live DJ out front! This place is so Posh and chic, yet not stuffy! Orices, yes are above yr everyday average, but on par woth places like this, so monthly cisits is all weʻll probably do lol We eat a little kore than the norm since Iʻm a Hige foodie! Foie Gras was Onoliscious as we say in Hawaii and my only regret is mot ordering the Full Towere and More food! Amazing!
Our dinner was superb! I’m vegan and they had two different options. I went with the mushroom bolognese and it was the best pasta I have ever had! My husband ordered the filet with the lobster Mac and cheese and loved it. Our server was wonderful as well! Highly recommend if you are in Denver!!
They did a huge make over on the Edge. We had not been there since pre covid and have very fond memories on this place as the food used to be fantastic. Their new drink menu had 5 cocktails on it and some wine..very disappointing but I ordered a drink off he menu so did my husband and we decided to the shrimp cocktail while we were sitting out there . The shrimp were cold, huge and very good. The cocktail sauce was great especially as they shredded fresh horse radish right on top. Definitely worth getting.
Our reservations were at 7 and we were seated immediately. It was so loud in there that I could barely hear my husband talk and I told the waitress. Her response was management knows and they are trying to do something about it., Not sure what they can do but it wasn't an intimate setting for a nice dinner. I might was well have been in a cafeteria. So we nice dinner date with my husband that was supposed opt be romantic went to hell right there. So we looked at the menu and decided on what we were going to get. Right before we ordered the waitress was like we are out two things on the menu and of course it was the two things that we picked. So the night kept on going down hill. Also they have a new chef and the old one went to the Flame Four Seasons in Vail which we happened to be there three weeks earlier and it was fantastic with no problems in Vail.
The food was sub par at the least. We were so disappointed and didn't finish any entree at all. Dessert was disgusting, I would tell you more but I only have 2000 words to put in this review. Between drinks and food it was almost $500 so this isn'tcheap but the food was. Overly salted or has no flavor. We will not be going back as it isn't worth it any longer especially on how loud it was in the restaurant. New chef horrible. We ordered octopus/rib eye gap, scallops and salad. Best thing was the scallops everything else sucked. Do yourself a favor and just drive up the one in Vail,, you will not be disappointed.
The people were very friendly and accommodating. They really just couldn’t do enough for you. The food was fantastic. I had lobster and a grilled Caesar salad. It was absolutely the best. My husband had a grilled Caesar and grilled chicken he also enjoyed it immensely. I told my server that I was gluten-free and she went and got me some gluten-free bread when she brought my Husband regular bread. I would highly recommend this place. If I could give it more than five stars I would. Also it was very very clean.
Dinner was excellent. Service was also fantastic. We had Toby as a server and he was great; very knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. Will be going back again.
The service is always great. Ambience is great. The only downside was my wife’s steak was sort of cold in the middle. But overall it’s what you would expect from the Four Seasons top notch
Daniel was our waiter and did a great job. thank you.
Elevated and well executed
One of our favorites to dine. We enjoy the exquisite food and outstanding service.
The service was great. Plates are beautifully presented. Food is delicious. Two steaks were cooked to perfection, but the other two were overcooked. Desserts were amazing.
Service was marginal, food was barely edible. Expensive for nothing. Was trying to celebrate a special occasion with my daughter and we were both miserably disappointed.
The worst Four Seasons experience ever.
Will not be returning.
To be honest I was pretty disappointed considering it's the four seasons restaurant. I brought some friends hoping for a high end experience. It took 15 mins to seat us even though we had a reservation and the reason was the glasses weren't polished and we couldn't be seated until the table was ready. It took another 15-20 for someone to come to our table and we didn't get food until an hour and 15 after being seated. There were maybe 6-7 other tables and a big group. The waiter mentioned only 2 front of house staff so I understand but it was Sunday brunch, why was there only 2 staff? He also complained and mentioned he hoped the day was over multiple times (not really what you want to hear as the customer). The food was really good (minus a burnt panini which they already redid which took all of our food longer). And forgetting our appetizer which they took off the bill. Truffle fries would have been nice during the 30 minute wait though...I know they recently reopened which is why I was excited to go but definitely didn't feel like a high end experience except for the food quality. I will give it another chance but I hope they can up the experience a bit.
I tried not to rate the Food or Value since we didn't really get to either of those points, but it is required so I went middle of the road as prices seemed very reasonable for the environment. Service I'm torn, because it was quite good until it wasn't.
Maybe we caught someone on a bad night or, while not our style, could have been more forceful (like others), but this was our experience.
We had reservations for 8 and were told they were running quite a bit behind and that we should go to the bar. No big deal and appreciated the openness and expectation that it wasn't going to only be a 5-10 minute wait. Cocktails were on point and the bartender was exceptional managing guests and incoming tickets.
After about 35 minutes at the bar, the host comes to us unprompted and lets us know our table was ready. That's unfortunately when it went downhill.
Took a few minutes for the server to make it over to us which is fine (they're clearly busy). Get the menus and our water, place another drink order. Long-story short, after several minutes a woman at a nearby table is unhappy with their wait time and after a bit of commotion our waiter is set to resolve their displeasure. Close to 40 minutes later, our order hasn't been taken, drinks still haven't arrived despite our server 'telling someone to bring it,' although we did get a water refill in this time. Time is sitting right after 9:30 and we felt we should cut our losses and leave for another restaurant.
We do highly recommend a place in Larimer Square that begins with an R and ends with IEJA which was fantastic both nights we went (and saved our Saturday night).
First time back post pandemic. The crowd is younger and louder. The menu has evolved and, as most places, somewhat more expensive. The service is still wonderful.
Our waitress Leslie suggested the A5 Wagyu steak which was the best I’ve ever had. The sides of mashed potatoes and roasted carrots were terrific. To top it off we had the non-dairy banana peanut butter ice cream which was amazing. What made the dinner especially wonderful was Leslie who was so attentive.
ll around great
Went here on our anniversary and it was perfect.
This was a birthday celebration and EDGE made it a perfect evening. Everyone on the staff wished my partner a happy birthday. The restaurant is chic and trendy but not full of itself. The wine, drink and menu offered a great variety without being overwhelming. The Duckhorn Cabernet was perfect while my partner enjoyed the special margarita cocktail. We both chose the Wyoming Tenderloin which was grilled to perfection. A wonderful evening.
In Denver for work and wanted to treat myself to a good meal. Definitely the best steak I’ve had in the Denver area
Food was delicious, the new decor is gorgeous, lovely evening.
Such a wonderful restaurant. It's a beautiful space and the food was amazing! Loved the selection in the menu and the service was phenomenal! A definite must visit when in Downtown Denver.
Edge was amazing. Tantalizing array of offerings. Perfect for a special occasion or impressive date night. Toby was the best server I have ever had, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly
The entire experience was excellent! The food was unbelievable, and our server was amazing!
Delicious steaks and beautifully-presented appetizers in a sleek, modern setting. Our server, Christine, was delightful, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Food was amazing, service was amazing. It just felt like a steakhouse inside of a hotel, which it was. Nothing against the place but there are far more unique and trendy places to choose from in Denver.
The service was great from the moment we checked in for our reservation. There is an extensive cocktail and wine menu. We started with beef tartare, and had steaks for the main course. The steaks were cooked to our liking and the waitress checked in with us to make sure the temperatures were good. This is a little more than casual! A nice place for a fancier date night and big budget. The food and service was great but do expect to splurge. Overall a great experience in the downtown.
We had another great time at Edge!
Remodel looks nice , good service friendly and accommodating, food took a bit of time to reach our table of 3
Our server was outstanding.
I felt, overall, the food and beverages were overpriced, especially the wine sold by the glass, or more accurately, half glass.
That said, it was a pleasant dining experience.
Food was great! We had Hernan taken care of us he was awesome! He was very knowledgeable with the menu and the wine list. We loved it so much and had so much fun. We are going back again tonight!
Food was excellent. Foie grad preparation delicious, fat rendered very well. Mango pot de creme best desert I’ve had in my life (literally).
We had the most wonderful experience, celebrating our anniversary. We started out with the oysters ( if you need a cracker with your oysters, bring your own bc they only have oyster crackers lol) and the shrimp. (A little under cooked but it was taken care of). We also had the waygu hot stone and added the 5A as well. What a great that was! The stone is highly recommend!!! We then had the best wedge my husband and I have ever had. The blue cheese dressing was…. Mind blowing!! We went in to have the waygu tenderloin then melted in my mouth and my husband had the 20oz dry aged ribeye… and we was not disappointed, especially since it carried over to breakfast , to steak and eggs! The mashed potatoes were silky and the creamed spinach was fantastic! We finished dinner off with the sticky toffee pudding and I wanted to lick the bowl of that tells you anything!! You won’t be disappointed here! The staff is fantastic from the greeters, hostess, servers and to the managers walking around to check in everything!!! Well done Edge!!!
Too noisy. Could not have a conversation. Food okay but not worth the price.
Bummer. Edge was shut down for a long period so it was with great anticipation we made this reservation. We have been proud supporters of Edge and the hotel since it opened. The new space just does not work. Feels more Hampton Inn vs Four Seasons. They totally dumbed down the dining room — for their breakfast guests apparently. For the evening crowd paying $60+ for a filet— that is no longer cooked under the supervision of chef Simon purvis— it just feels off.
Very expensive. Not sure it’s worth it.
Great food. Service has alot to figure out. Bread was late salads landed early steaks and sides were late. Drinks took forever.
Outstanding food and menu. Amazing steaks for meat eaters, but also high quality fish and vegetable options too. Service was excellent.
