Friendly staff, excellent service, and amazing dinner! The Wagyu filet, lobster mac-n-cheese, and brussel sprouts were prepared perfectly. Even the desserts didn't disappoint! We had the cheesecake (a menu special) and apple tart. Delicious!
GREAT night at EDGE. Delicious food and drinks, wonderful customer service, happy hour still available, seating options available (patio), still accepting the passbook (until it expires). We are definitely going back here!
Outstanding service and quality of food and drink. Certainly a must for fine dining.
We love going to the EDGE, it’s our favorite high end steak house!
While restaurants are opening back up post COVID-19, this restaurant went above and beyond the suggested safety protocols by the CO Government. I felt safe and clean and service was excellent. Shout out to: Sasha, Erica, Johnny, Isaac, Christian ! As a regular, I know it takes a whole team to keep this place top notch and me and my family truly appreciate your continued commitment to excellence and safety !
Food looks no better then going to Village Inn. Paid $18 for 2 sides of avocado. Wonderful staff but not worth the money, doubt I’ll return for the brunch anytime soon.
Excellent as always! Chase, Ashley and Toby are wonderful. We got the Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye and it was the best steak I’ve ever had. Perfect. Thanks Chef Simon!
Excellent ambiance, food and service! They took every precaution to make you feel safe-temperatures, social distancing, etc.
Everything was mostly ok, I ordered a medium rare elk steak, it came out as rare as can be. I was surprised they brought it out, the steak is sliced before served and it was clearly purple and squishy in the middle. Not sure how they missed it was severely under cooked. Then they reheated it somehow. I'm not complaining but I find it odd that they would just give me back the plate instead of making a new one after I had cut into it into multiple places checking for any resemblance of medium-rare....cooking a steak after the initial cook is not a best practice for high quality meat. So because of that, we probably won't be back. There are other great steakhouses in Denver that nail the temperature first try. The service and wait staff were great, very attentive. The see-and-be-seen thing on the website, not sure about that. People were there in t-shirts so it didn't seem as exclusive as made out to be. The environment was very pretty with nice ambiance.
We request our waiter every time. He's the best! Knows what he's talking about and takes the best care of us.
I brought my mother to The Edge for a special occasion and our server and the food was beyond exceptional. Thank you so much for making the evening so awesome.
Alex the server was fantastic. He was warm friendly and guided me through an amazing meal. The chef’s and kitchen staff should be commended as the food was spectacular.
Our waiter was outstanding He made the meal. My son was very happy with his birthday dinner.
The food was a total bummer. Our server couldn't have been nicer and did a good job with the personal touch of greeting us by our names at the table, but the quality of the food, especially for the price was pretty poor. The duck skin was soft and chewy and the dish lacked the rich flavor you normally get with orange duck. The elk tenderloin was cut on an angle and was apparently 2 different tenderloins, one rare (cold inside) and one medium - I ordered medium rare. We were in a rush to make it to the DCPA so I didn't have time to send it back. The broccolini was dry and needed olive oil or some fat to give it a bit of life. Additionally our food was slow to come out. In a town with tons of great food, I expected more from the restaurant in the Four Seasons. I've eaten here for lunch and had a much better experience...not sure what changed.
Our waiter was a rockstar. He really made the experience. The food was great. This was a great overall birthday experience.
Our first time at Edge was during Restaurant Week. My petit filet was outstanding (and I’m really picky about steaks). Great RW meal.
Our dinner was delicious and our server, Leslie, was so enjoyable!
Great spot for a date night night or to celebrate an occasion. Highly recommended.
Food was phenomenal, service was great! Definitely will be going back. If you’ve never tried Wagyu at least try the appetizer, melts in your mouth. Ask for a Wagyu candle with your bread as well. Deserts finished the meal off perfectly.
The Ribeye I ordered was good as were the crab cake and shrimp appetizers, my wife's scallaps weren't in the top 10 she has had at top Denver restaurants. The sides are nothing special and too small. We ordered two desserts, the Apple crumble one and the sweet potato brulee - neither were very good, I guess they were OK. Most disappointing was the ambiance. We had reservations at 5:15 before a play and the restaurant was nearly empty, and the hostess sat my wife and I along a long wall where people shared the booth seat right in between two kids... We have two kids and love kids but come on. Date night and the restaurant is empty with great tables next to fire places or at least in other parts of the room, and this is where we were sat. All this for ~$350 including tip.
The place is always great and Toby is nothing short of Amazing!
Joe our server was outstanding. All the dishes were not of the same quality.
Excellent place to try Restaurant Week.
I’ve heard good things about Edge so when restaurant week rolled around I jumped at the opportunity to try it out.
First impression- Amazing ambiance, not overly crowded, was greeted promptly and kindly by hostess.
Service- Topnotch! From the moment we walked in till the moment we left the staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and courteous.
Food- Appetizer-We all had the potato truffle soup. It was blended with lump crab meat and just a hint of truffle, but overall fell a little flat.
Entree- All of us order the petite filet which I must say was the most perfectly cooked steak I have ever had. My husband ordered his rare and my daughter and I ordered ours medium. All three steaks were superbly prepared, but again needed a little salt.
Side dish- lobster Mac n cheese came highly recommended by our server so we opted for that. I’m not a big fan of Mac’n’Cheese, but overall pretty tasty. It was creamy and rich, not overpowering, still, a little went a long way.
Dessert- Husband and daughter ordered the s’mores eclair- delicious! It was sweet, but balanced and whatever ice cream came with it put it over the top. The cheesecake on the other hand was a big disappointment. The flavors, while sounding good on the menu just didn’t hit home for me and oddly enough registered much like the soup in my opinion, FLAT.
Value- While I understand and appreciate that restaurants like Edge are considered higher end I do have to say I was underwhelmed by what was offered for the highest restaurant week price point per person. The sides were extra and the portions were small. If you have a larger appetite I wouldn’t go to Edge as I fear you would leave hungry.
Overall we really enjoyed it. The truffle fries are a must. Steak cooked well. Brussel sprouts are amazing as well. Our waiter was fabulous. He was attentive and prompt.
The service was outstanding, attentive and knowledgeable!
We always enjoy our visits to the Edge restaurant. We took this opportunity to have the Denver Restaurant Week menu. The Edge always provides a good selection with very good food. Our server was top notch. All in all a lovely way to finish off an afternoon at the DCPA.
Nice ambience and good service makes you want to enjoy the food more. The food, however, is only good - B to B+. The preparations aspire to something better, but most dishes are somehow without pizzazz. Still a pretty good choice that beats most of the competition in the immediate area of DCPA.
What a wonderful experience. Our server, Alex, was excellent. Will definitely dine at The Edge again.
The food is always incredible! However, Tony, our server took the meal over the top as usual! Always an amazing dining experience!!!
We visited during Restaurant Week so we thought that we received great value for the cost. Service was excellent. We both enjoyed our appetizers very much, wild mushroom crostini and potato soup with lump crab. My husband loved his filet. I took a chance on the Impossible stuffed eggplant and was slightly disappointed. We both enjoyed the brown sugar cheesecake very much. We were very happy with the wine by the glass recommended for each of us by Gordon, our waiter. We will return to Edge for a special occasion.
