Remarkable wine list to complement the outstanding quadruped meats and the creative hors d'oeuvre and side offerings. Not only does the sommelier quickly assess level of the experience, the knowledge, and (in terms of price points) the ambition of guests, but the wait staff are rather good at this as well. If one spends a *bit* more on a bottle than planned, it's a very good investment here. Fair value at all levels up to Burgundy's DRC and Bordeaux' top châteaux.

It was our anniversary and it was listed on the reservation. Our server Philip never acknowledged it and also sent the woman who sat us to talk to us about the dessert menu. It seemed like Philip disregarded us because we didn’t order a bottle of wine like his other tables.

Had a fantastic lunch celebrating a couple birthdays at Edge. Service was responsive and attentive without being intrusive. Food was excellent, including the wonderful complementary bread. Ambiance is beautifully modern, tables and booths separated offering privacy, dining room is open and bright. It's on the pricey side but compared to a number of other restaurants, you really get what you pay for here. Highly recommend.

The petite filets were good but my knife couldn't cut the meat very easily because the meat was a little tough. Disappointed with that part. The dessert was so delicious and because we were celebrating, we got a free dessert and that was not expected.

Thank you for a delightful evening. We had not been to the Edge since its refurbishment and loved the ambiance. Our waiter was wonderful--paid attention, provided good information, was prompt and friendly. The drinks provided were top notch as was the chocolate dessert, not to mention of course the steak and scallops. We will return soon.

Beautiful setting within walking distance to Denver Center. Ambiance is pure elegance. Entire staff is polished and professional. Menu has something for everyone. Prices seemed very reasonable considering the quality, presentation and delightful flavors. We will return next time we are in town.

Great food and ok service. For the price, I expect exemplary service. We went for the Mother’s Day Brunch. We had to ask for our plates to be taken away. For a top priced restaurant, on an in crowded night it should not take over an hour to get basic grilled fish and meat. The food was solid, but not jaw dropping for $50+ entrees that are a la carte.

The EDGE has become our go-to on nights where we head to the DCPA for performances. Zachary excels with front of house activities and we’re always delighted to have William for service. Both gentlemen are exceptional and we’re looking forward to our next visit. William always ensures we have plenty of time to make the performance. The food is lovely as well. The foie gras and the Korean BBQ Glazed Cauliflower are standout favorites with us. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

While this was an expensive meal, it was worth it. The filet mignon was the best steak I’ve had in years! Also, the service was outstanding. Our server was Blane and he was the best server I think I’ve ever had. I told him I could only eat pasteurized cheeses and he made sure everything was safe for me to eat on each menu proactively without me even having to ask! I have never been so impressed. The cocktails were great too. I would highly recommend Edge for a fancy night out.

Adam was our waiter and he did an outstanding job of getting our drinks out in a timely manner and making sure he stayed one step ahead of us. We had the Ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. Very good cut of meat. We will really enjoyed it!

Food and service couldn’t be better. Their Cocque Madame is uniquely prepared & delicious, on a hearty multigrain bread with crispy crusts. The ham slice was hearty & tasty. Keep in mind that this easily serves two. The donut holes, while delicious, really should be served without being dipped in sugar - the lemon ricotta spread was overpowered - if you taste it separately, it’s quite wonderful. I’d suggest only ordering an entree & avoiding the “sides” - we weren’t used to price watching, so our bill for 2 for brunch was over $100.

Had another nice dinner with our son and one of his roommates. Food was excellent as usual our server was OK. Lacked the personality of other waiters we have had here before. Interrupted conversations multiple times and left us wondering where he was at others. The final Faux pas was taking the finalized check from the table as we were still enjoying ourselves and checking my tip as he was walking away. (I left $200 on $770 check for 4 guest) This was being rude and I expect better from a restaurant of this caliber.

The decor, atmosphere, service and menu are excellent and and if you don't mind shouting to be heard, it's the place for you. Surfaces are hard and noise can easily get out of control, as it did on Saturday evening. Reasonable conversation was difficult, at best, and we were wishing for a more subdued venue.

Went for brunch and had an overall good experience. Biggest let down was the speciality coffee / Cappuccino which clearly just came out of an automated machine; I expected a barista made cappuccino at a high end luxury hotel restaurant that charges $7+ for it - stick to the pot of coffee and you’ll have a good breakfast.

It regularly stuns us that Edge isn’t regarded as the best steakhouse in Denver. The food is special and perfectly executed. The wine list and sommelier never disappoint. The chef and the manager spent time with us and every person we encountered from bussers to management was professional and personable.
