   We started off with the calamari. W enjoyed that. Second entree was the Ceasars salad. My husband enjoyed it, but not I so much. Our main course was the salmon with spinach and carrots. Again, my husband liked it. As for me, it was ok. The sweet sauce was watery which made my salmon taste soggy and the spinach texture watery.

   The manager Daniel was “Roy Kent” he was here he was there. He was every f**** where. Literally. He was in the bathroom cleaning it, handing out supplies. He was at the front desk checking people in. He was table side taking care of customer concerns. The service was OUTSTANDING. Food…not so much last night anyway. Unfortunately.

   Food quality was superb. Every thing in my meal was absolutely and amazingly delicious. The service was top Notch. Where we were sitting in side dining room the noise was comfortable and tolerable, but in the main dining area as we passed through it to exit the noise level was out of control. So I was glad we sat in the side back dining room and was able to have a normal volume conversation. Other than the price being outrageous for sides it was wonderful experience!

    We went for our 35th Anniversary and Christine our waitress made the evening a very special evening. She was lively, genuine, very attentive to us both. Luke was a charm to talk with and they both went above and beyond to make our night an extremely memorable night! Everyone at Eddie V's have always made us feel valued.

    This was the second time we dined at this restaurant. We had a family celebration and Bobby (Manager), Chef Jose, and Romain our Server were phenomenal. They made our celebration absolutely fabulous!!! Mere words cannot express what a wonderful time we had and what attention to detail that was given to us for our celebration!!! First class all the way!!! Highly recommend!!!

    First time and what a Great meal and service. We had a seafood tower and ordered off mini a Tomahawk steak sliced to share. Lobster mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Wow, what a meal! Finished off with crème brûlée . Christine took great care of us.we will be back.

    Food and service not up to par. Not as good as it has been. Disappointing. The steak was dry and the Chilean Sea Bass was good but not great. Not worth the money.

    Too loud! We couldn't hear our waiter or ourselves speak at a table for 4. I had thought there was a minimal dress code, which helps keep the quality of the experience high, and I appreciate that. A family was seated where the man of the table was wearing a T-shirt with shorts. I felt this was inappropriate and it saddens me to see that given the current state of society. Where waiters are wearing white jackets, a respectful dress code should be enforced. But I guess his money meant more to you than upholding your image.

    Horrible service! I will not go back again! 2nd time there and my waitress was not attentive. My food was cold and messy. They didn’t bring our food together and never came back to check on our drinks. Very noisy; was sited in an area full of crying kids.

Truly, it's hard to beat the food quality and tastiness, the wait staff's herculean efforts in making sure the event is flawless, and the support of Eddie's army of support staff making sure the guests' experience is perfect.     My visit to Eddie V’s was nice, the required reservation was beneficial as it did become crowded while waiting to be seated. My dining extorting was lovely, my waiter was attentive and accommodating with my meal order requests. The entire experience was nice for my family and I in celebration of Mother’s Day.

    We dined at Eddie V's this past weekend and it was absolutely exceptional. The care that was taken to help make my dad's birthday dinner extra special was incredibly appreciated, including being sat at a lovely table dressed in birthday confetti, which was an appreciated nice touch. Our waitstaff was professional and courteous and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and my dad celebrated. The ambiance was also amazing, with live jazz playing at just the right volume, and the lighting exquisite. The cuisine was next-level, with every single dish -- from the fresh raw oysters to the tasty steak tartar (elegantly served table-side) to the delicately prepared Chilean sea bass and perfectly cooked lollipop lamb -- every single bite was flavor-filled and delicious. We ordered creme bruleé and were told it was sold out, as was our second choice, the lemon tart, so our thoughtful waitstaff brought us two complimentary desserts, the bananas foster and Belgian chocolate cake, which were both out of sight (and now we know to order these next time too!) Overall, the experience was absolutely everything I had hoped for to celebrate my dad's birthday, and Eddie V's didn't disappoint!
