   The Crispy Birria tacos are a bit spicy. Guava margarita very good, but very small, & very expensive. Key Lime pie is decent. Which is what I would rate this establishment in general, decent & expensive $$$$

   Used to go all of the time before shows at the Paramount because of their happy hour menu and times. They switched the time to make it harder to coincide with plans at the Paramount. However, I noticed on the menu last night, they have that happy hour went to 6pm, but some were else it said 5. The menu was disappointing. They switched out many of the smaller vegetarian options and so we were left with a larger portion of food, when we used to be able to get smaller things and share, like tapas. It was still good food, but I don't think I will make such a push to get there before shows anymore.

   The food was wonderful and the service was fabulous. The crabcake entre was delicious. Moist, flavorful, full of lump crab! The wine list is quite good even though i didn't recognize any of the labels, they gave me samples to choose from. My friends had pasta dishes which they said were delicious too. The ambiance is the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment. Huge screens of men beating each other up while we were trying to enjoy a lovely meal. They did finally change them to another sport.

   We ate here on a weekday during a large conference. The ambience is excellent. It has a bar/club vibe. The food is decent. We ordered the calamari and birria tacos. I’d rate them 3.5-4 out of 5. The tacos have fried cheese on the outside. The calamari aioli was a bit on the mayonnaisey side. The mango coconut margarita was too sweet, not very good. It tasted like a mix. The entrees were decent.

   Earls was so amazing! Our server, Hajar, was great and the manager, Trevor, was just as great! I will definitely be back. If you haven’t been you definitely need to come for their brunch and try the mimosas. 10/10 experience

   Amazing food, very nice appetizers, loved it! Our first time in Denver and had an amazing time there. Highly recommend this place.

    absolutely would NOT recommend. the food was pre-made and COLD! i am not one to leave reviews ever unless they're super positive ones. but i was so disappointed with this experience i feel like i have to warn others. it's literally a waste of your money. just because they have the 'look', doesn't mean the food is actually good. my family and i were so excited to eat here based on the menu, there were so many things we wanted to try. but as soon as we got the food, it was all a waste. the wagyu oshi press was pre made, the rice was hard from sitting prior, and the beef was cold. i got the steak and sushi, and my steak was also, COLD. why was it not coming out fresh? my mom got the truffle tortellini and it tasted like canned alfredo with absolutely NO flavor. worse than kraft mac and cheese. her steak was also cold on it. we got 2 different desserts hoping it could redeem them, and they were also trash. the cheesecake was so overcooked it was gross. and the creme brulee wasn't even set! it was pudding, not custard! SOOOOOO disappointing! literally spend your money ANYWHERE ELSE
