Fiel a su nombre, “Chef's Table” se siente gloriosamente indulgente e invita a sus comensales a un viaje hedonista que resume la vida del Chef Antonio Pérez en Puerto Rico y su carrera culinaria en Sudamérica, Europa y Asia. El entorno resulta íntimo y tremendamente especial, con solo 12 asientos rodeando la cocina del chef, una sala de estar para tomar un cava de bienvenida antes de la cena o un digestif posterior a la degustación.
El menú temático de cinco platos cambia mensualmente junto con su maridaje de vinos. Esta no es simplemente otra experiencia gastronómica; es un viaje íntimo a través del corazón y el alma de la cocina global. No reserve un número de comensales superior al deseado, en nuestra cocina está todo preparado para todas las reservas previamente confirmadas, por lo que consideraremos como "no show" quien no haya cumplido con la reserva. Si desea cancelar su reserva, por favor avísenos con al menos tres días de antelación. Gracias por su amabilidad y comprensión.

Espectacular!! La comida excelente, el servicio excelente y la experiencia en general 20/10! Antonio y Sarah han creado un espacio hermoso en donde se puede experimentar la buena cocina junto a un servicio de primera y muy personal. Definitivamente un lugar para repetir!!
