Best Vegetarian Restaurants in Streeterville

The food was absolutely outstanding. The service was good, if not a little understated. I have two main complaints/confusions. Confusion: the restaurant was never more than half full, but it's nearly impossible to get a reservation and all walk-ins were turned away. Seems like maybe a staff up is necessary? Complaint: the fine print "we add 4% to all bills to offset rising costs in lieu of increasing menu prices" is *very* obnoxious. If you have rising costs, just raise your prices, like every other kind of business does in this situation.

Great food choices and diverse selections. Especially we loved the 3-course menu.

I love eating at The Walnut Room any time of year, but especially enjoy their Christmas in July event, as well as eating by the Christmas Tree every year. We had great service and delicious food today. Looking forward to the next time we can return to this classic restaurant!

Taramosalata is a fave treat and these folks do a wonderful version. Spying other folks’ tables persuades me to return often enough to work my way through the menu.

Love this place! Service, food and ambience is always impeccable!
