Best Steakhouses in Carlsbad Springs

The service was amazing, the food was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner very special. I would highly recommend this restaurant for an enjoyable dining experience.

Shrimps, mussels, escargot, bone in filet and double baked potatoes, finished off with the incredible in home blueberry cheesecake— Al’s provides great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic service, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Carolyn at your table! What a treat to have lunch at Mati! We went on a Wednesday and ordered from the lunch prix-fixe menu. We started with beautifully made cocktails—the martinis were perfection—followed by arancini, steak and crudo, and steak frites. We finished with tiramisu and chocolate torte, and everything was delicious. The bartender was looking after six or seven tables while making drinks and serving, and somehow made it all look effortless. The food and service were both exceptional. I highly recommend Mati and can’t wait to come back for dinner. Well done!

This was a lovely meal with an excellent and very attentive server. On booking I had mentioned one of the party had a special birthday (60th!) and we were presented with a small cake. It is touches like this that lift a good restaurant above others and we’ll desert of a 5 star rating. Thank you and well done!
