Superior service and accommodation for an elderly person's birthday. Professional and courteous across all staff we interacted with. A little shaky on the wine service but the courses arrived with adequate spacing and very presentable. Sauces are a highlight!

Overall it’s in par with the expectation. The meat we got that is claimed to be “medium” are overcooked. The meat did not have a lot of flavors. The lunch price for New Year’s Day was the same as dinner, which we did not expect. The waiter recommended the most pricy drink to my friend and she ended up hating the spicy flavor.

Our server was very very good - helpful, attentive, and very friendly. We were celebrating a birthday and he made us feel like familiar guests. The new restaurant is very nice -- it was a Wednesday night and not very busy at all so it was pretty quiet (no one at any of the tables in the section where we were, though a couple people in other sections). The overall meal was a bit more pricey than I remember Ruth's Chris being in the past ($300 meal for two including tip) ... but it is delicious and great quality food, so to be expected.

Crab stuffed shrimp were excellent. Filet was mediocre. There was too much dressing on the Caesar Salad and the Lobster Bisque was so-so. The bread was great and the service superb.

Dined at The Capital Grille - Fairfax for our anniversary...it was amazing! Great steaks, yummy sides, and the service was impeccable. An anniversary card and rose on our table was a lovely and special touch.
