Ottawa Restaurants

Dinner was fabulous. We ordered three different mains and all were delicious. The wine list is extensive and was appreciated by all three of us. We sat on the back patio and enjoyed a lovely evening and would happily return anytime.

Authentic and delicious Turkish food . Family atmosphere

When planning our trip to Ottawa from NYS, Riviera was one of the top rated places to eat in town and it still exceeded our expectations. We sat at the counter and loved being able to watch the food get made while we ate our delicious plates. We were there on a Friday night and it never got insanely busy, but we did leave around 8:30pm so maybe it picks up after that. Our server, Tim, was also wonderful, but it was tough to serve people at the counter since he couldn’t hear us well and would sometimes accidentally sneak up on us lol. Either way, he made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. We also took photos at the Photo Booth in the back. It was the smallest booth seat ever made lol, but still a cute add to the environment.

Despite my food allergies, the kitchen was able to offer great food, and were very accommodating, which is not the case in all small restaurants. Service was excellent and the server was very knowledgeable. Nice place to go, but a little pricey so more of a special occasion place for me.
