Best Latin American Restaurants in Hyde Park

We had reservations and when we arrived, it took a while to get seated. After we were seated, it took quite a while to have a waiter come over to take our drink orders. I did not like my drink, and when the maître d’ asked, I told him that and he said “that happens“. Wrong answer. Having worked in the restaurant business for decades, as an owner, the right answer is “can I get you something else or I will take it off your bill”. And to top that off, we were given the wrong final bill for some other table, which was twice as much as we ordered. My husband inadvertently paid so we had to go through the whole pain of being refunded and recharged. I gave it four stars only because the view was spectacular

Amazing vibe and space, great food and tunes to go witht the space!

Great ambiance. Music was extremely loud and the food was exceptional. The lighting in some areas sucked. But over all the fire show was cool.

Service and food were top tier! I chose this place based on other reviews and it did not disappoint. We made reservations and were immediately seated even though we were early and waiting for my dad. The front staff was so hospitable from start to finish. When my dad finally arrived he said the guy asked him if he was "Pops" and told him where we were seated. That told me he was listening and attentive to our needs. I wish I had gotten his name, but I'll be back. Our server was great! All the food was delicious and fresh. Loved the shrimp ceviche! Even my father ordered food to go.
