Best Farm To Table Restaurants in Holladay / Midvale / Sandy / Union

Wow!!! Tonight we experienced a most wonderful meal along with fantastic service from our server Jack. Cucina Tuscans has been here for 30 years serving their community delicious, fresh, and super high quality food and service. To start they served us a wonderfully simple bread with their awesome anchovy dipping sauce (I hate anchovy but loved this sauce). My GF stated with the Beet Salad and I had their La Miata Italiana with a fantastic house vinaigrette. Both were exceptional. The creamy asparagus soup was good but a little too much olive oil. I would order it again but request less oil. Our main dishes were so so so delicious. GF had their La Lasagna Classica Alla Bolognese and I had their Pollo Saltimbocca. I have a dairy allergy and they were so nice and accommodating. My GF loved her Panna Cotta. We are only in town two nights and we are going back and demanding that Jack be our server. He’s that good and friendly.

The food and the service at Pine Cone Ridge were fantastic. The menu is a gastronomic delight for the palate from the appetizers through to the dessert. They have a very nice cocktail menu as well as a large wine list. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice restaurant in Park City.

Enjoyed dinner date here with my wife. Appetizers were good, had baked Brie and charcuterie board. Baked Brie was great, charcuterie board was good. Had filet mignon for entree, 10 oz., cooked perfectly, potatoes were great. Dessert also great, had chocolate crème brûlée. Service very nice, not as attentive as I would prefer, but good. Will be back again. 2nd time to this restaurant.
