Went to 3Gorges for my birthday and loved it. Hong Kong-style Cantonese with a Hubei twist — everything was fresh, flavourful, and just a bit different. The dim sum was a standout (black truffle har gau, yes please), and the Eight-Treasure Duck was rich and comforting. Stylish but relaxed vibe, lovely service. Definitely going back.

Great spot to have lunch/dinner with family/friends. A short walk from Farringdon station. The food was really good - ordered a variety of dishes : beef ho fun, fish fillets with sweetcorn sauce, beef brisket la mian, braised pork belly with mei cai and the usual dim sum dishes. I'm pleased with the service - attentive and polite. I would highly recommend this place!
