Went to 3Gorges for my birthday and loved it. Hong Kong-style Cantonese with a Hubei twist — everything was fresh, flavourful, and just a bit different. The dim sum was a standout (black truffle har gau, yes please), and the Eight-Treasure Duck was rich and comforting. Stylish but relaxed vibe, lovely service. Definitely going back.

Dim sum and Peking duck was delicious. Felt the main course was below par by comparison. One of only a handful of occupied tables (though we appreciate dim sum is traditionally eaten earlier) hence the average score for ambience. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.

Great spot to have lunch/dinner with family/friends. A short walk from Farringdon station. The food was really good - ordered a variety of dishes : beef ho fun, fish fillets with sweetcorn sauce, beef brisket la mian, braised pork belly with mei cai and the usual dim sum dishes. I'm pleased with the service - attentive and polite. I would highly recommend this place!
