A fabulous restaurant and service was outstanding. We were due to go to the theatre so had the theatre menu. For a Michelin star restaurant the theatre menu was small 3 choices of starter and main but only one pudding. I chose chorizo for starters and chicken for main. Chorizo was just a lump of chorizo with mustard and a brown sauce, but full of flavour and for main basically chicken and salad. The food I had was good but not exceptional (which was my expectation). The staff however were amazing and the atmosphere was fabulous.

I had a late cancellation and went to the restaurant as a solo. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the steak I had was delicious as was the wine. I asked for a dessert that was not on the menu and the waiter commented that they had all the ingredients so they would make it for me and the Japanese whisky topped off a very nice evening.

Rib-eye steak was very tasty, and the cabernet sauvignon excellent. Service was great. Will return.
