- HHeatherSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoA group of three of us went to Fifty Vara for brunch/lunch and had an amazing time. We loved the overall vibe of the place where the attention to detail of the lighting fixtures, the sound/ acoustics and the plants all lent to a very modern and welcoming atmosphere. The wait staff was very friendly, personable and attentive- the kind where they check in on you at just the right times - not too much and also not disappearing. Let's talk about the food! The ricotta donuts are a must - do not skip these! Warm cinnamon sugar little pockets of heaven in your mouth. I had the summer scramble with the arugula salad and the tomatoes were bursting with flavor and complimented the tanginess of the goat cheese in the eggs. My friends split the sausage flatbread and little gem salad and were very happy with the portion size and more importantly, how delicious they were. Topped off the meal with some brunch cocktails which were all amazing. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem in the sunset.More infoFifty VaraPrice: Expensive• Californian• Outer Sunset•4.5
