We dine at Rosemary regularly, and have never been disappointed. This time we all had the braised beef short ribs with polenta and Pinot Noir sauce. Outstanding on all counts. We totally love this place!

We spent out 27th anniversary at Bistrot Cacao and it was wonderful. Their smoked old fashioned was amazing and we loved the salade and the cheese course, followed by the hanger steak and the special beef Wellington. Ended with a trio of sorbets! How did we not know it’s been in DC for 15 years?!

Perfect place to eat an elevated casual dinner on a weekday. Busy without being crammed, noisy but could still keep a conversation without feeling the need to yell. The food was good but unpretentious. Great experience all-around!
