This is always one of our stops in Santa Fe. Food is always presented beautifully and delicious. Do not pass Coyote Cafe up when visiting our state's capital! The service staff is beyond superb!
Coyote café was awesome. A friend and I were traveling thru Santa Fe and looking for a place to have a great meal-based on reviews and the menu we selected Coyote Café and could not have been happier. Service was amazing, we really enjoyed our meals. We had a pork chop, the braised lamb shank special, shared a squash blossom appetizer and a chocolate sphere desert. Accompainied it all with a nice Sonoma County Zinfandel. All and all a really great evening.
Coyote Cafe had great service (Russel was amazing) and the food was delicious. They were able to accommodate a party of 11 which I sincerely appreciate.
Waiter was outstanding. Attended to every need. While the meal may have been a little overpriced, the ambience was well worth it.
Absolutely one of the best restaurants in town. Not to be missed if you live here or are just here for a short time.
Great! Excellent food and service.
As always very good. Only the noise level was very high this time,
because of very large and rowdy table!
Excellent and getting better. Server Russel is our favorite.
We will be back!
Vacation trip to Santa Fe. This was our last restaurant and luckily we saved the best for last.
Came in town to ski with my son and his friend and this place was recommended to me. Great experience!!!...waiter was phenomenal!.. Food was soooo good! Save room for bread pudding!
Second time we’ve visited SF, and second time we’ve eaten at Coyote Cafe. Both times excellent.
We revisited a place where we had a wonderful experience in the past. Did not disappoint!
We were treated like VIPs! The food and service where amazing!!!
Excellent service! Great food! Always enjoyable. A regular for us in Santa Fe.
Service was perfect. Food delicious. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff
The food was good. The tables are very close together. The wait staff is unique. The menu wasn’t Mexican cuisine that we were expecting. Overall odd experience for us, but others may love it.
New year’s eve, the food was fantastic!
This pris fixe New Year’s Eve felt a little rushed. The service was good, but we felt a lot of implicit reminders that new seatings were coming on our heels. A little too expensive for the overall experience.
My favorite in Santa Fe!!!! A must in this city! The menu selection is superb!
This was our first time trying the Coyote Cafe. The menu had a variety of interesting options and the wine list (for wine by the glass) had several good options as well. We both tried different salads which were unique and nicely presented. The entrees were excellent as well. The elk tenderloin was done perfect to my taste. My husband tried the ribeye which he said was the best he's had out. But, a word of caution if you order that. Be prepared to take home the leftovers and make a couple more meals from it! Our waiter, Benjamin, was extremely helpful and attentive. Thanks for a great evening out!
Fabulous service, food was great in a fun atmosphere!
Outstanding and inventive Southwestern cuisine that is worth driving from San Diego for. The appetizers and side dishes are as inventive as the main dishes and should not be missed. The wine list is reasonably extensive and wines are all reasonably priced. An outstanding evening.
Great service! Good food. The service was attentive and provided good suggestions. The food was good but not memorable in Santa Fe's foodie haven.
Great food - from the squash soup to the Duck Confit and Elk - excellent quality. Service outstanding - suggest a reservation.
Great food, friendly waiter with good recommendations. Excellent service.
Excellent food but would have liked some dishes to be less butter laden for the dairy free needs of one in our party. But accommodations were made.
Service was absolutely impeccable, and food was delicious. I will definitely return to Coyote next trip to Santa Fe.
Restaurant was freezing cold but service was exceptional
Great food & service every time we come! Excellent corn bread sticks, delicious wine, great burrata salad, yummy pork chop & superb sea bass. Too full for dessert!
Waitress Amber was excellent!
The service was over the top great! Good wonderful as always. Everyone in our Peru has an amazing experience!
Santa Fe at Christmas time, fabulous! The restaurant was very interesting warm and inviting. The service was outstanding. The food excellent, prepared for the eye and palate. All very close to five star. A very special place to have Christmas dinner !
Santa Fe institution for good reason. Lovely dining room, friendly professional service and fabulous food. For me it’s a must every time I visit.
We enjoyed our Christmas Day meal, but the price of $100 pp was a bit high for the small size of plates. The selections of three courses were numerous & exciting. We enjoyed the tiny portions of foie gras & quail. The lobster dish was charred & a tad overcooked and should have been stuffed in the tail..not the head! The elk was delicious as were the brulee and the chocolate desserts. Our server, Ben, was the best part of our experience..kind, knowledgeable about wine and fun to converse with.
We were a bit reluctant to settle for seating at the bar with a late afternoon time, but with Christmas table reservations booked solid, we decided to go for it. The seats at the bar, right in front of the chef and incredible food prep process, turned out to be the best seats in the house. The menu and service were excellent. The evening was a special treat.
We went for Christmas dinner and had the best meal of our lives! It was pricey and well worth it.
My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in Santa Fe over the Christmas Holidays. It was our first visit to the Coyote Café and we loved our dining experience. Our server, Erin, was welcoming, attentive, and informative about the menu. She did an excellent job guiding us with suggestions from the menu. We did not feel rushed.
The chef at the Coyote Café is creative and the presentation of each dish was beautiful; the food delicious! The restaurant, although full, was not too noisy and we could easily have a conversation. We had a delightful time and will return on future Santa Fe visits. Thank you Coyote Café for a wonderful evening!
Christmas Day prix fixe menu was superb!
Sat at the chef’s table and enjoyed watching the dinner service. Everything was delicious and the service was perfect!
Our waiter, Nate was amazing.. will try to ask for him from now on!!!
