    I visited Coopers Hawk for a date night/birthday celebration. We arrived early and did a wine tasting. It was amazing great variety of wines and knowledgeable. Dinner was beyond amazing, food was above expectations.

    I am a wine club member at Coopers Hawk. Coopers Hawk wine is the only wine I have in my wine fridge! I love the tasting room experience and the wine. The staff in the tasting room are very helpful and friendly. The dining is always a fabulous experience. The food is always so delicious, actually everything on the menu I have had and I am never disappointed. The service was wonderful. I drive 40 minutes to Coopers Hawk and I am very excited about the new Coopers Hawk in Wesley Chapel, which would be a 15 minute drive. I will definitely be frequenting the new location more than once a month.

    When they were clearing the table from the appetizers at one point one of the servers or bussers started snatching plates out of our hands in an aggressive manner. Very disappointing experience.

    Who doesn't love a dark chocolate truffle with their wine (from the wine tasting) and wow, the shrimp and scallop risotto was to die for. I would highly recommend!

    This place was amazing! We went for our anniversary and they gave us free champagne and it was delicious! Also, this is an incredible spot for anyone who is gluten free. Their gf menu is huge and they bring you out gf bread to start your meal!

    Service was extremely good, our waitress had the unfortunate pleasure of serving us a steak that was nearly rare after we ordered medium. She took the steak back to the kitchen and they attempted to cook it through tin medium but only succeeded in charging it. Manager comped the steak dinner and offered a replacement but by then the other three diners had finished. Overall a good food experience and nice evening but the bad meal was not handled properly initially.

    The food was fantastic. This time I ordered the Short Ribs. They were so tender and delicious. I will definitely order again. Mo was our server. He was attentive and very informative.

    Our Server Gabby went above and beyond for me as she always does on our visits to Cooper's Hawk. We sat down to order our food, after 30 minutes of waiting for eggrolls, Gabby came checked on our table several times, she asked if a manager came over to our table to speak with us about the restaurant being out of egg rolls. I told her Chris and Dennis walked by our table three times each and neither one of them never came. Dennis also walked over to assist another table, and failed to stop off at our table to address the issue of the kitchen nit having egg rolls. I felt like he was avoiding our table and refused to speak to us, Tiara another server came over and said she would get a manager, finally Chris made it over to our table after Tiara said something to him about us waiting over 30 minutes for food that they were out of in the kitchen. I have been a memberfor almost 5 years, and this was the secondworse experiencethatIhaveeverhadatCooper's Hawk. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from upper management team would contact me regarding this matter as soon as possible. This was by far the worse experience ever, I have never had a manager avoid me when I had an issue, complaints, or compliments in the past regarding my experienceat this restaurant. I asked Chris why was our table avoided, when he went to other tables in a timely manner to address that the restaurant was out of egg rolls. Also, that bread you guys are serving now, is horrible and nasty, please bring the old bread back, this bread is hard and disgusting. It doesn't even taste like the original pretzel bread.

    First off, as usual, the food, and the service was amazing. Our server at dinner was Brittanie. She was on it all evening long. Now, here is the part that irked our group. Before dinner, we went for a winetasting. It was pretty crowded as usual. Then we noticed a group of four or five had bought takeout from Cooper’s Hawk and was eating it at the wine tasting bar. This was while other people were waiting for their tasting. Now there is almost always a wait, but people are always patient. But this is ridiculous to let these people eat their takeout at the wine tasting bar. I asked the manager if this was allowed and she said no but nothing was done about it.

    My sister was visiting and when asked about where she would want to go for lunch, sh replied, "I am not sure what cuisine I am in the mood for!" I said I know where we should go. The menu is varied and offers a large selection and everything they serve you is fantastic! Cooper's Hawk! We started with the Chinese dumplings with the most delicious ponzu sauce I ever tasted. Next we shared the Asian pork belly on tostadas chips which were amazing. I had the Crispy Asian Chicken salad with Asian greens, apples, oranges, crispy won-tons, cucumber, avocado, edamame, cashews and sesame-ginger vinaigrette which was to die for! She had the Soy ginger salmon with wasabi-buttered mash potatoes with Asian slaw which was delicious! We were also lucky enough to be seated where all the food comes out and our mouths watered over everything we saw from burgers to ribs! You have to try this place you won"t be sorry.

    Food was good. Waiter Jim was amazing. I hate we can never enjoy a wine tasting. This first come first serve rule is for the birds!!! There's never any room and nobody's ever in a rush to let someone else enjoy the experience. I also hate they removed the Brussel sprout salad. That was really good!!! The Brussel sprout appetizer is amazing so glad they left that one. If wine tastings could be scheduled or timed, I would visit coopers more often. I can't be the only one who hates the first come first serve tasting rule.

    Overall, I loved Coopershawk. The food was GREAT. My only disappointment was that the waiter had to be reminded to bring me my WINE. I will most definitely go there again.

    Nearly every aspect of the experience was fantastic. Our food was prepared perfectly and frankly exceeded expectations. The wine pairing was on point, and the cocktails were delicious. Our staff was courteous to a fault and made the dinner excellent. The ONLY grouse I have was the lighting and noise was a bit more than I’d have expected, esp with 8:30 PM reservations
