The food and service were awesome. Our waitress Christine was fantastic. She gave us great recommendations with the wine and food. She’s truly an asset to Coopers Hawk. We’ll definitely return.
Had excellent service by Jane. Food was outstanding. Wine, as usual, was wonderful.
We celebrated a friend’s birthday, but didn’t have a recognition from Cooper Hawk. I entered the event in our reservation.
We were only disappointed by the fact that the wine tasting was not available. All other restaurants in Florida are open at full capacity. It’s time for Coopers. Hawk to do the same.
Good food, excellent service, not much more you can ask for.
Seems to be one of the true covid-safe restaurants. They check you in at door, have tables blocked off, even in the bar, where we sat. Waiter was very pleasant and well versed on menu. Good menu selection. Party of 4... all were surprised how good it was. We'll go back.
Our visits to Cooper’s Hawk never fail to please. From the Tasting Room to dinner, the service is outstanding and quality is superb. Glad to be a 2-bottle member.

The meatballs and spaghetti lunch was excellent. The meatballs were tender and delicious. Vin Noir is one of our favorite wines.
Zach was great! We have been to coopers hawk plenty of times but this time was better than usual!
Another great visit
Came for Anniversary. First time in the restaurant. Nice set up with decent menu. Waitress was excellent. even brought us complimentary champagne for our Anniversary. Nice touch.
Always great food and service. Went Saturday and Sunday for dinner. Zack and Dana were our servers and could not have been more accomodating!!!
Ask for a sample of the wine that the menu suggests you pair with your meal to make sure you like it before buying a bottle.
The food is always amazing, the server was a little distracted, noise was a little louder than normal, mainly one table.
Service was outstanding, food absolutely delicious.. the wine was perfect!
This is by far our favorite restaurant. Always have to get the sprouts but I change up on the entree every time I go and have never been disappointed.
Lunch. Food was delicious. Our waitress Carol was very helpful and attentive.

Food & service were excellent
This was the first time for many of our party of 10 and everyone was extremely impressed and satisfied. We started with the Lux wine tasting and then had dinner. All entrees and appetizers were amazing with some stating the best they have had. Service was exceptional. Since we were on vacation, we will have to wait for a location to open in MN to go back, but will be the first in line!
Music choice was not soothing restaurant music. In fact it made me grind my teeth
The Hostess Kayla was arrogant, rude and obnoxious. When we checked in for our reservation at promptly 11:30 and gave my name for a reservation, and said that we prefered to sit outside but there was no where on reservation to list that; her response was that they were totally booked and full on the outdoor patio. How could it possibly be full at 11;30? She said it was only for reservations which was an outright LIE. I argued that WE DID have a reservation and then she brought us outside. There were exactly 2 tables being used and the other 10 were empty. In fact, when we left at 1 pm, there were still 8 tables available. She was RUDE and obviously made a mistake and didn't even apologize.
Perhaps she should find another line of work because we almost left due to her RUDENESS! I specifically said I had an 11:30 reservation and gave my name. The point is that it was 11:30 AM and the place was empty and even at 1, the patio was not even half full.
Had a table reserved outside and when the hostess took us to the table it was wobbly. They tried to fix it and it didn’t work so we were sat a different table. Waited about 10 minutes and someone came up to us and said that the server who was assigned to the section was done for the night, but that they would send someone else over to take our order. Another 10 minutes went by and the manager came over to tell us someone would be right over. He answered some questions and took our drink and appetizer order. It was about 30 minutes until we got a server, meanwhile there were plenty of others in the area. The place wasn’t overly busy either, it was a Wednesday night. Food was good and so was the wine, but we couldn’t overlook the service.
The whole spaced out table policy is strangely weird since Naples is at full capacity.
Great food and wine!
Disappointed in food quality as compared to previous experiences. Florida has also opened up considerably as regards covid protocols but CH seems to be still stuck in strict adherence to the more liberal states restrictions. That does not appeal to us. We canceled our membership and will not be returning until CH relaxes these protocols.

We had a wonderful evening. The food and drink were excellent. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t get an earlier reservation, but upon arriving early there were plenty of open tables. Not sure why we had to eat so late

We asked for outside dining.
The area for outside dining is right off the highway and very loud.
The ambiance in the outside dining area is about 2 1/2 on a scale of 1-5.
The food was very good.
We are repeat diners here, but were really disappointed in the outside dining.
We live this place, and we’re so excited one is opening only 25 miles from us!!!
Our group of 4 ate in a booth in the bar (very distanced) and had a delightful dinner. The food is great (highly recommend the Chicken Piccata and Medallions). Good wine too.
We had the skirt steak for the first time and it was very well prepared and delicious. Our server was great and very helpful in maximizing the use of our available rewards. Looking forward to drinking more of this month's wine selection.
