Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Naples
Amazing food and service. Great selection of wines and food
We had a wonderful dinner experience and service tonight. All six guests selected a different entree and all were delicious. Everyone said they would like to return for another meal in the near future.
Very pleasant evening. Great food, service and desserts.
Went about 3pm on Sunday. Food and service were very good. It was less crowded in the afternoon and we found it more enjoyable.
While we enjoyed our dinner somethings were lacking tonight. The noise level was awful!! It was hard to hold any kind of conversation. Our server wasn’t exactly focused on our table and we had a table of 6 with wine orders.
We had a great time Saturday night. The previous time was also great.
A waiter lost his food load and it ended up on our clothes. We told our waitress when she came by 10 minutes later. I WAS surprised that they didn’t over us anything to cover cost of cleaning out pants.
The chicken Caesar was amazing!
This is a very nice place but far too popular for it's size.
Completely ignored by the wine host for 10 minutes. Had to ask twice to get set up, then our table was ready, so never got to share that aspect of the restaurant with people we were with who’d never been before. Food was ok. Seated at table along a walkway. Very loud. Very congested. We will not be back. Too many other exciting restaurants in Naples to be dining here.
This restaurant offers you a memorable dining experience with wine tasting, unique shopping, and amazing food and service.
Food and service are always on point. Wine tasting was fun. Noise level was louder then normal but could still have conversations at the table. Happy Hour menu is good.
We didn’t get one appetizer like ordered, only got it after the meal...
Meal wasn’t a wow factor.
Had to wait for table even with reservation. Service was slow and wait staff was mediocre at best.
Will return soon
Fish good salad and potatoes not as good as l have had much better elsewhere
Very good food, but service was slow, waitress very attentive and understood problem,
We ordered entree for 4 people and the wait was 40 mins. Thank god the drinks came faster. Plus all the meals were salty.
We love Happy Hour. Several great cocktails for around $6 and a menu of delicious appetizers that are big enough to make a meal of. We order one per person (and maybe one extra) and share. No need for dinner after that.
We always enjoy dining at Coopers Hawk. The Happy Hour available throughout the restaurant, not just in the bar area. Of course the wines are great at a reasonable price for the quality. The food and service is outstanding as well.
Food dropped in flavor and quality. Wine was fine. Disappointed!
their Napa salad is fabulous. The pretzel bread is delicious too.
The restaurant was crowded and naturally a bit noisy. Food was very good and the red wine flight was a great value. The servers seemed a bit harried because of the crowd but we had no complaints.
Everything was great but it was extremely noisy. Not sure I’ll get my husband back there. We could hardly hear each other talk!
Food is usually very good and reliable. This time, my filet was more rare than medium rare. The Coopers Hawk Cabernet is very good and reasonable at $30 per bottle. I was disappointed that we indicated in our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, yet no mention was made of it by Coopers Hawk. This visit was not quite up to their standards.
Great food and service. This was our six visit to Coopers Hawk and have never been disappointed. Excellent wine!
I 100% recommend trying this place out. Iv never been disappointed with food. service or wine.
The food and service are always good.
It is season so they are really busy, even on a Monday night.
I go every few months to pick up my wine club bottles. I like the consistency of this chain. I learned last night never to go on double points night. The restaurant was out of control. I arrived at 6:15 for my 7pm reservation to do a tasting with friends. We finished at 7pm to be seated, and never got a table until 7:40pm. Service was slow, staff were running around, I asked my waiter for water and it took so long I went to the bar to get it refilled. He never came to refill our wine glasses, never asked if we wanted a second bottle plus we didn’t realize until he decanted the bottle that he didn’t bring what we ordered which he than comped for us which was nice. The waiting area was crazy, the soap dispensers in the bathroom were broken so you had to poor it from a 2 gallon jug, and paper was all over the floor. The manager needed to some how get control or make if fun for those waiting offering wine samples on trays, since once you left the tasting area you couldn’t get anyone’s attention, and also maybe passed some complimentary appetizers just to say sorry and we value your consistent business.
Awesome wine, love the food, always amazing. Always enjoy dining with them
Double points night. It was crazy packed too packed.
Sam our server was fantastic!
My server was apparently new. I frequent here often and never saw her before.
I ordered the wedge salad. The 1/2 blue cheese was fine, but the vinegarette was AWFUL.
It was so strong, it made my cheeks curl and upset my stomach. I could not eat anything else, so I asked for my check. I told my server that the vinegarette was terrible. It was obvious because I need not eat 1/2 of my salad. She did not respond, did not ask if I wanted something else, and dropped the check.
I do not feel this salad is worth the money...especially if one only eats half of it.
Food and wine were pretty good but we had to wait a long time for one of our meals, which meant we waited for all the meals. And the one that took so long was the SPECIAL of the month. Not a good visit in a very good venue this time.
The only good part of our visit was the wine tasting. We had arrived early and Carol provided a wonderful wine tasting experience with us. She very personable & knowledgeable!
Our dining experience was awful! We had asked to be seated early if possible & when we were finally seat after our reservation time the section had lots of open tables. Our waitress took about 5 minutes to come to the table. We knew what we wanted & she took our order. Water, bread & wine were delivered by a runner, then the appetizer by a runner. Our waitress never came back to see how things were. Our entrees took forever and that night forever was at least 45 minutes. At this point I was out of water & my husband out of wine. No sign of our server until the runner brought our entree. We asked for more water & wine... The Pistachio Crusted Grouper was not good at all. Although not over cooked, the “crust” was a blob of ground pistachio & butter plopped on top of the fish. It was flavorless with no crunch or crispness. They could have at least thrown it under a broiler to brown it. The 4 spears of asparagus were perfect and delicious. The mashed potatoes had a funky flavor. Still no wine or water and no server to check if we liked the meal. Our section is almost empty at this point. Finally the server arrived with wine & muttered something inaudible and was off again without asking anything about how we liked our meal. 10 minutes later she was prompt to clear our picked at plates & was quick with the check.
Had international visitors who just loved the many appetizers they tried.
Value is excellent and food quality is very good.
Our first time dining here. It was fabulous! Loved the menu, the decor, the wine, and especially the delicious food! I told a couple of friends today how much I enjoyed Cooper’s Hawk. We definitely will be back!
Tim & Ernie Patterson
The food and service was excellent, and of course, we enjoyed the wine!
We enjoyed our monthly wine decanted at the table. The food was very good. We had a child with us and the staff was welcoming to her. Good child’s menu, too. The short rib risotto was delicious. Enjoying the red wine of the month, I had the medallions of beef crusted in Parmesan. Also done perfectly. Enjoy the lovely atmosphere.
