    We chose this place for our 20th anniversary. The good wasn’t as good as we expected. Waiter forgot our soup and wasn’t very attentive. Disappointed that he didn’t even tell us happy anniversary as we made reservations ahead of time and it even said it on our reservation card at our table. The dance show was the highlight and we loved it. Leaving I wanted to go into the gift shop and as we walked in we were told we had to leave as they were closed. It was right at 8:00pm. No hours on door so I guess that’s when they close. Hopefully this was just as off day for them.

    Our server was so amazing - he began by telling us a brief history of the restaurant and encouraging us to look around and explore. The food was incredible - I have not had such good Cuban food since visiting the Keys several years ago. Everyone in my group cleaned their plates. Just wonderful.

    1905 salad, Cava sangria, ropa vieja, black bean cakes, and arroz con pollo were superb. Alfredo made the experience even more enjoyable. Lunch today was the highlight of my visit, and I look forward to my next trip back home to visit Columbia again. Until then, the cookbook will help me have a taste of home while living in a colder, less sunny climate.

    I’m was delicious. My husband had the Mahi Mahi and I had the Lechón Asado 1905. It was amazing.
