The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    Went for dinner and the flamenco show. Upon arrival, stood in line way too long. Received a text saying my table was ready and the hostess told us to stand to the side and wait. We asked after about 10 more minutes and were informed there is a different entrance if you are going for the show. Once we navigated that, food and service were exceptional. Show was fun. I don't want to pretend to know how to run a restaurant that can seat 1700, but, I do believe paying attention to restroom cleanliness would be a part of someone's things to do checklist. All in all, a great place in need of a couple minor tweaks. Busy, energetic, nostalgic are words that come to mind when thinking of my 1 visit.

    Food was great as usual, along with the mojitos. Place was very busy so we had to wait 15 minutes after our reservation. Took a long time to get drinks, then salad, the entree, but we expected that. As I said, food is unbelievable!!

    Enjoyed it as usual. 1905 salad and calda gallego soup (sp?) are my favorites. Service was excellent. It is almost always a bit noisy but with full, large dining rooms I don’t think that can be avoided.

    We had a delicious dinner with Danny for our server! We have gluten allergies and he was quick to give us a menu specifically dedicated for all allergies! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was gorgeous!
