    Everything was great but there seems to be a lot of new management staff They should acknowledge there regular customers not just say great everyone as equal It’s sounds phony or scripted a know you full time residents Vito

    Promptly seated and had great service by Sergio. He was very friendly and professional; however, the food was a total disappointment as our two entrees were not cooked as ordered and had to be sent back. If you order one as medium and the other as medium plus and they are served rare and medium rare, the chefs do not know or care how patrons order their steaks. And there were barely 30 patrons eating at various stages. Many other options for ordering steaks locally that are served as ordered.

    The food was delicious. . Service was fantastic. Erica our server was awesome. She made was very busy but was on it. Food came out at perfect pace; drinks were always full. Overall great experience.

    We were very impressed with Chops. We were seated in one of the booths and it was so quiet! We could talk to our dinner partners so easily. The dining room was loud, but the area where the booths are was wonderful. Will request this when we return for another fine evening.

    We ordered from the summer special 3 course menu. It was a lot to eat. The salad was huge and beautiful. The Wagyu steak was a little tough, with end pieces. The baked potato was tasty. The key lime pie was excellent. Three courses is a lot, and we probably should have taken some home. There was a piano player and it felt like a steak house atmosphere. Service was excellent.

    We had a great meal with a good bottle of wine. One of us on the early bird menu and one on the regular menu. Both meals were very welll prepared.
