Campiello - Naples
The restaurant features a lavish interior inspired by Michelangelo-designed Villa San Michele in Friesole, Italy-replete with Murano light fixtures, fine leather chairs and banquettes, polished Venetian plaster, and hand painted Florentine murals.

Went for Easter dinner! As always, everything was fabulous...one of our favorite places in Naples!!
Jimmy our waiter was exceptional. Friendly, courteous and very thorough. Appetizers and entrees were perfect along with our favorite red blend.
Wonderful Easter lunch! Service was excellent. Food was delicious.
Easter Sunday lunch. This was our 4th Easter at Campiello's. Always dependably good .
Visit was for lunch on Easter Day so perhaps they did not have the normal crew working in the kitchen but this meal wasn't up to their usual very high standard, my pasta was bland and portion size was very small.
Always a fabulous experience! Delicious food and a beautiful setting. A great place to take Naples guests.
Great food and impeccable service.
Everything was magnificent from the beautiful patio, weather, wine and fod! The calamari is always delicious with the spicy finish-yum! Mario was our server and was absolutely on point! He knew everything about menu, was attentive, friendly & welcoming!
We are frequent visitors to Campiello's and had family in-town for Easter holiday. They were all very impressed by the food, drink, service and ambiance. We have never been disappointed in our partronage of Campiello's over the years.
Our waiter Camilo was friendly, informative with a great sense of humor. He was attentative and responsive to any requests made by our party.
I would highly recommend Campiello's if someone is looking for a great food, drink and outstanding service.
Celebrated my husbands birthday. Outstanding as usual!
Yes - Campiello's has a good reputation in Naples, but our recent visit happened on the Holiday Easter weekend and a rain storm was scheduled to come to the area which then changed much of the available seating for them. The atmosphere was chaotic and the staff RUSHED us through our meal. Our waiter was "OKAY", as his friendly demeanor came across more as a car salesman trying to close the sale on buying a car. (Thanks - but no thanks) When paying a premium for a dinner and for what was mediocre entree's I'll think again when bringing guests from out of town here. They will not be seeing me for a while.
The best Italian food in South West Florida. Freshly made, imaginative creations as well as a choice of indoor, outdoor or in between seating with friendly service.
This restaurant never disappoints. The pizzas calamari and snapper are my favorites. The waiters are pros. Great scene ask to sit in outdoor courtyard- worth the wait!
My favorite restaurant of all times!!
Birthday for my daughter turning 18. Made it special by having a bday card on the table for her as well as giving her a piece of chocolate cake.
We had wonderful food and service. The waitstaff was attentive and the manager stopped by twice to check on how we liked our dinner. The bread was wonderful. The entrees were different than other places we dine at and were well prepared. We had great appetizers and a fabulous dessert. Great coffee too.
Our server was terrific, friendly, thoughtful, and efficient. The food was delicious with perfectly sized portions. We had asked for outside dining and didn’t know it wasn’t guaranteed. We had an inside table which was fine, though chilly, no cold!, and much quieter than it would have been outside by the bar. All in all, very, very nice!
Elegant dining and excellent service!
One of our favorite places in
My only complaint is the birds flying in and out of the restaurant, otherwise great ambiance and wonderful food & service
Excellent food. Had the tagliatelle lamb neck ragu, which was delicious.
Two of the three entrees were OVERCOOKED and sent back for new servings.
$65.00 VEAL CHOP WHICH WAS OVERCOOKED; WOW!!!!!
STEAK OVERDONE AND SENT BACK.
Ended with coffee which was, at best, warm (not hot)
We are in the atrium. Great food and ambiance. Service was exceptional. Manager checked in at the table. Very
Great experience overall, except due to the extremely humid hot weather, our guests preferred to sit inside. I had hoped we would be outside, which is lovely with the vines and plants. The interior decor is blah, and it was noisy. Our service was great, and most food was excellent, especially the pasta dishes. Only the pork chop disappointed. It was dry. The portions are large. We wished we had shared some the dishes. We will be back, outside if possibly.
We have enjoyed this restaurant for lunch a few times and were excited to take our guests there for a birthday dinner. The service was fine. Not great or poor, just fine. The food was fine as well. Less than we had hoped as we really enjoyed our previous lunch visits. We had an incident with cockroaches crawling across the top of our booth. We live in SW FL so we understand there are cockroaches here. Just don’t expect them to be crawling on the top of the booth. If you dine there request to sit at a table.
Waiter was excellent. Pasta was delicious.
Excellent pasta lunch with wine on Sunday while viewing the Masters from a table in the bar area.
What stood out was the professional service we received throughout!
Another phenomenal meal at Campiello. Our servers were wonderful, in a group of 6 of us, everyone raved about their meals. I have an allium (garlic/shallot/onion/scallion) allergy, which is tough to work with. The chef made me a fantastic piece of grilled salmon over amazing mashed potatoes.
Can’t wait to return sometime!
The service was exceptional and the food was best we have tasted in a long time
Our server was excellent. While we’d made a res week’s before we still ended up at a not so great table in a hot corner of the restaurant.
The food and drink was exceptional as always.
Food was fabulous, Ambience was lovely and our waiter Peter was great!!
Seated quickly in a quiet courtyard out back. Attentive servers. Beautiful setting. Food was delicious.
My last time there the food was amazing... specifically, the octopus appetizer which my wife an I order everywhere was spectacular... This time the octopus was very average... the steak was eh, the meatball and spaghetti just fair... desert mouse cake very good... our waitress was great( Alyssa )
The restaurant is loud...nothing you can do about that. We were inside next to kitchen (fun to watch all the action). It may be quieter on back patio but it was hot and humid that night. Our server Gigi was outstanding and very attentive. Had the special, truffle and ricotta ravioli. Yum!!! Great food, fun evening.
This place is a cute little Italian bistro, with a great out door seating area. We watched the Final Fours here, which made the atmosphere very fun with the mix of people. I personally like the small portion appetizers. The sauce the meatball appetizer came in is fabulous, very light, with the right touch of fresh shaved Parmesan cheese. We ate here two nights, sitting at the bar and the tables at the sidewalk side made this place a great spot, which I preferred over inside or the back of the garden.
Wir lieben es!!! Jedes Mal wieder!
My husband and I had a delightful & delicious lunch! We'll be back!
Just a wonderful evening all around! From the hostess greeting us to our beautiful outdoor seating in the back to our professional service and delicious food! We always enjoy. Look forward to our return visit!
Very Disappointed. Went to Campiello last night. I ordered the Octopus, it was brought to me in literally 1 minute after I ordered it. I questioned how could this have been made fresh for me. It was terrible. The waiter knew his menu and was great for the order taking. After that he pretty much disappeared. My wife ordered the pork rib eye, 25% of the meat was fat. I ordered the short ribs, they also had to much fat. The pasta was very good. When we finished with our entree the dirty dishes remained in front of us for 15 minutes before anyone came to remove or ask if we were finished. Our experience was so bad we did not order coffee or desert. We felt we had enough and did not want to indulge in any more disappointments. There are so many great restaurants in Naples, that we will never go back here again. One last thing the noise level is so loud that it killed the atmosphere. This was not an enjoyable evening. If you do go to Campiello please look up and see how dirty the glass is inside the restaurant ceiling.
