   Our server, Richard, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He picked up on subtle cues from our group and was able to help serve me, my children, husband and elderly mother with kindness and ease. The food was excellent! I would recommend the Ranche and return as well!

   We visit BVRR at least every month or so for weekend brunch. The food is consistently excellent and we know we’ll always have an enjoyable meal here. The host staff is very friendly and we often have the same server. Kianna is so friendly and attentive. She always asks if we want more water for tea and makes sure that we feel welcome to stay and chat. It’s not every place where a server will remember your individual orders and make you feel like a “regular!” We always look forward to our visits. The pastries here are outstanding, their pastry chef is a wizard! Try the continental starter, you will never regret it.

   Exceptional service, food and outside surroundings. Moved to the outside due to the noise and room was stuffy. Need air flow. We ate much and left with 2 loaves of the sourdough. Still warm. Delish! Will definitely return.

   Such a great experience! My husband and I came here for his birthday dinner, and had such a memorable night. Staff was very kind, the food was amazing, and they even went above and beyond and gave us a little complimentary treat after dinner for my husband. Will definitely come back, and will definitely recommend to others. Such a beautiful location, and will dream of sitting by the window in the fall!

   The Ranche is a personal favourite. Food is always great service are always friendly and professional. The ambiance of the old house and its location in the Park is beautiful in all seasons. I highly recommend it for the variety and quality of the menu and wine list.

   Our food was ok - very much expected a higher quality of foods considering the price and reputation of bow valley ranche , the eggs Benedict were good but nothing special to note , was disappointed in the sausage and bacon ( greasy cheap breakfast sausage and very thin bacon ) and the potatoes felt as if they sat in a hot box or steam table for an extended amount of time - very much not my expectation after having been there for an exquisite dinner experience. Our server was friendly but questions asked of him - he answered but not correctly as we noted as the food came out differently then described by his answers Regular coffee was brewed very strong and one of our family members sent it back - lattes were tasty but quite small The window right next to us had a huge spider web right above our heads that could have been cleaned before seating people right next to it . Overall the experience was ok but definitely not to the expected standards we’ve experienced in the past with dinner service - would not return for brunch specifically .

    Excellent food and absolutely beautiful ambience. The service was Top Notch. It's pricey but overall an incredible experience. Hands down the best service I've had in Calgary
