   Really liked this place! Food is an amazing experience, they rotisserie like 15 different kinds of meat, bring to your table and carve off a piece from the fresh outta the kitchen rotisserie. You can choose an outside piece (more well done and charred), or an inside piece that’s like medium rare. They also have a self-serve buffet that’s excellent (though some self-restraint is necessary if you want to enjoy the rotisserie meat selections they bring to you!). Service is outstanding, our server made sure we had everything and checked on us multiple times in throughout our meal. All the staff was very friendly. Like the low light ambience here, and it wasn't overly noisy like some places. You didn't have to raise your voice to talk to people at your table. Price wise I have to say it's a little on the pricier side, but it is GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. So if you want to spoil yourself and have the budget, you won't be disappointed in this place. Plus it's all you can eat so you won't leave wanting to eat again in a few hours (we didn't eat toll 2:30pm next day after going to Boleros for supper nite before lol)

   Amazing service, all of the meats were perfectly cooked, the cold bar was unreal, I have nothing more to say, I will 100% be back on my next vacation !

   We went for our 22nd anniversary last night & it was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted with anniversary wishes from the staff & we're given complimentary dessert. The staff were phenomenal & the food was Amazing & price was reasonable. Will definitely be back.

   We brought family visiting from out of town. They loved the experience! Only complaint was that it was the same 4 meats brought to our table, we didn't get to sample most of them even after asking. It was busy so we kind of understood, out guests were a bit disappointed. Also, the waitress removed our drinks before we were finished but didn't ask first.

   I had family in town from Switzerland and wanted to show them a unique yet delicious evening out in Calgary. BOLERO came to mind right away. All night we raved about the food, the staff and how full the restaurant was yet wasn’t overly loud- a quiet hum of good company all enjoying an evening with friends and family. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Also notable is the amazing fresco bar that I enjoyed yet didn’t feel like I was missing out on too much! With a very strict diet and way too many limitations to list, I enjoyed myself so so much. Also. The desserts …… amazing. Will be back:)

    Bolero was such a fun experience! The rodizio was such an amazing experience that left my belly full and my heart happy. Such amazing service as well. Very attentive. The best flavours of meat you could get!
