Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    I don’t know how they do it, but their food is quite tasty for every bite, especially the meats. The staff are courteous and friendly. It’s such a good place to spend time with friends & family over great food.

    Great food and outstanding service from Leigh, Kain and Elizabeth(Liz) who went out of her way to get us blue rare beef. We were very well taken care of, and felt so grateful for all the little things that made our dinner so special. Thank you to Tim and his team! PS: prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food and beverages.

    The salad bar was more elegant and abundant in the past. One choice of cheese, and a few slices of deli meat does not constitute a charcuterie. A smaller variety of choices of cuts of meat is disappointing.
