   All chicken options were dry and all the beef options were so rare that I could hear them moo. This was not the same Brazilian steak houses that I’ve been to in the US. Little bit disappointing. They also came around our table more when I was asked “are you too full to eat more?” and I responded “no just waiting for more to come to our table than sausage and bacon wrapped chicken”

   Bolero is probably the best restaurant we’ve been to. Not only is the services outstanding but the food is to die for. Full Rodizio is the only way to go!

   Meat cuts were super thinly sliced always given very raw meats. Was charged gratuity for a table booked for 7 even though I added on the comment section that the 7th person was an infant (in a car seat)! and our 6th guest never came. Only thing Overall first unsatisfied experience at bolero. The meat cutters were definitely brand new staff and you could tell.

   My partner and I went on our anniversary to Bolero and it was both our first time there. First I’d like to say that I am Brazilian and have been going to churrascarias since I was little. The staff at Bolero was more than exceptional there and despite the fact that they were not Brazilian, they captured the Brazilian spirit and made me feel like I was back home. The food was perfectly seasoned and even though the meat cuts and ingredients are not made in Brazil the taste was excellent! I would most certainly return and recommend that anyone seeking a “Brazilian experience” to go there as well! From the Feijoada to the Picanha, they have done it right. It’s noteworthy to say that they did not cheap out on meats and I was served constantly and to my satisfaction. Which I can say that other Brazilian steakhouses have not done. Overall we had a great experience, my partner and I. Not only because of the food but also because of the staff! P.s. try the caramelized pineapple with cinnamon.
