Located close to the corner of Glenmore and Macleod we are Calgary's first Brazilian BBQ style restaurant. At Bolero the customer is in charge of the timing on our wide selection of churrasco(skewers) to be brought to your table by our Gaucho Chefs. Green means go and Red means stop. A perfect setting for any festive occasion as we offer a wide range of different, cocktails, wine, and beer. Dining with friends and family was meant to be fun, the Brazilian way!

    We came for our wedding anniversary and our server Kyle was amazing. All the staff were kind, friendly, and always bringing amazing food to our table. If you’re a meat lover, this is the place for you. The meat was perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious. You have got to try this place. We’ll be back for more!

    We went out to celebrate Fathers Day. It was our first time experiencing Bolero’s and we will definitely go back. From the moment we walked in to paying our bill everything about your experience was fantastic. We had Ryan as a server and he went above and beyond to care for us.

    Great experience! For those wondering about kids pricing for rodizio it is $2x their age. Example is they’re 8 then it’s $16.

    Our waitress was not very attentive and when we asked for cheese buns which we’d watched her serve to other tables around us, she snapped at us they didn’t have enough for us and to just wait. The young man who was serving us our meat was incredibly polite and great service.
