We went for the BOGO special and were very pleased. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the bleu cheese is THE BEST!! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back. And, yes, I recommend Black Angus to my friends!

We enjoyed our meal at Black Angus very much. There were 6 in our party and we all ordered something different. I had the Filet Mignon. It was very tender. The Fudge Cake was awesome!! Moist and reminded me of homemade chocolate cake. Very delicious and our server was awesome 😊♥️

I haven’t been to black angus in ages. But with their weekend specials and promotions I was there for a casual birthday dinner date. The same classic ambiance and nostalgic charm was found during dinner but the food tasted much better than I remembered. Only if the hostess were more welcoming and the reservation served it’s purpose things would’ve been better. Our server was a little forgetful but did his job of getting our foods. The order of our foods were kind of mixed tho; our steak came out before our appetizers and our togo was forgotten after paying. Overall everything was good because of how delicious the food was. Steak was so tender and melted in our mouths. So hats off to the cooks!

Our waitress was exceptional and we had a great time. We were there at 5pm on Sat. Aug. 12. I wish I knew the name of our waitress, but she helped our party of 7 and made our grandson, who was celebrating his birthday, feel wonderful. Great experience and we'll be back.

This chain never disappoints. The quality is a bit different from location to location, but if anything isn't right, they will make it right. I love the menu, the promotions, and the comfortable feeling I get in the dining room. Definitely plan to return.

Filet was more medium well than medium and the asparagus were super thin! I’m talking thinner than a no. 2 pencil and mind you that was a couple where the majority were more like coffee stirrers. Did not send them back as we were hungry and running late to catch a movie. The cooks/kitchen should be ashamed and embarrassed serving them so thin.

We went in for the BOGO deal.,it was great, shared a prime rib dinner and the twin lobster tails. Good value for the money and it was nice to have a great dinner we could afford. Black angus is one of the few restaurants stepping it up with deals and service. 😀

Server was not very attentive. Had to ask her a few times for refills on drinks including coffee. Had to ask for steak sauce and more bread. Minimal service from her for such a nice restaurant.

Server was good, drinks were good, medium-well filet mignon was delicious, broccoli and steak soup was amazing. Husband ordered a medium-well top sirloin came out well done was hard to cut through, it was dry, broccoli and green beans were nicely done. Lastly, the Sky Mudpie was delicious A+.

We went there to celebrate a birthday. One of our meals wasn’t cook properly to how it was requested. When they took it back, they over cooked it. Our other meal was under cooked to how it was requested. We were brought the incorrect desert, they corrected it by bringing it later

We went at 430PM for dinner. Took the BOGO steak special. Ordered the prime rib with bake potato and beans side order. Prime rib was cooked medium well as ordered. Tasted great. Only concern was the large fat portion. Gret service. I highly recommend the restaurant!

Food and service were great. I forgot to get our server’s name but he was so good and he was always checking up on us. My son’s family haven’t been to Black Angus in a while but they were impressed at how good the steaks were. Everybody enjoyed their steaks and desserts. This dinner was to celebrate my birthday so our server brought us chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream which we all enjoyed along with an order of crème brûlée which was also so good. I can’t wait to go back.

My Filet was tough and had grissle. Usually Filets are tender and not much fat. Last couple times I have been to Black Angus meat was just ok. The rest of the food and service were good.

I think the restaurant was understaffed so not entirely waitress fault. Took drink order but never saw her again until we had to ask for the check. Food brought out by another server after a little longer than usual wait. Food was lukewarm. Finished meal and two bus servers passed us by at different times and did not clear our plates. Even while requesting and then eventually returning the check, the plates stayed on the table. Not a memorable experience.

After we were seated, it took 15 minutes until a server (CJ) noticed that we had not been served. He immediately took care of us and added us to his assigned area. His attention to us saved the dinner service as we just spent a day at Knotts Soak City and were extremely hungry. Thank you CJ, we appreciated your hospitality and conversation. Great job!!

Probably one of a handful of restaurants which improved culinarily during the pandemic. Our meals taste better now compared to our meals in 2019 and prior years! Pricing is higher but its a by-product of inflation and overhead.

I would describe it as American Upscale Denny’s ! The steak was 30% fat cocked well no complains. The Mac and cheese I could not eat it was dry and they put Parmesan cheese over it witch was strange to me looked old I asked if it’s daily maid they said yes. Same thing with the mashed potatoes was cold looked microwaved and just not appetizing. Not my type of restaurant quality reflects the price. Server was great A+ Good ambience clean and well maintained! If you are looking for a better steak then Denny’s and some more meat cuts would recommend.

Our waitress was really quick and friendly. We hardly had to ask for anything after ordering because she was on top of things. My steak was cooked correctly which was not the case at the Whittier location. Also notable was the friendliness of the hostess staff. Total opposite from Whittier Black Angus.
