Thanksgiving 2021, coming out of the pandemic (hopefully) they had a good crowd we checked in and were seated in about ten minutes, the server was prompt took our orders, we were easy we both had their turkey dinner special for Thanksgiving, he brought us our drinks and soup and he told us there might be a delay as the kitchen was backed up. No problem it's a busy day. Lo and behold another server shows up with our dinners a minute later, we had just started on our soups, we just laughed and ate our meals. Black Angus has been consistently good as we eat here on a regular basis, usually the Campfire feast. no problems and thumbs up

Thanksgiving food was horrible. I feel there would have been better food at the local hospital cafeteria. We ordered fried zuchinni and it tasted like it was deep fried with fish. My daughters salmon was inedible. Will never come back.

Great food and drinks. Fast service. Lettuce was a bit brown on some pieces in my salad, so not perfect, but overall very good and excellent value.

I was over charged for the Campfire Fest for two $49.89 at $66. When I asked the waiter why especially since I mentioned the special when ordering and I asked for the smaller portions for him to let me know if I ordered anything at an additional cost that wasn't a part of the promo. His reply was mumbled I was charged at the premium price which was never mentioned, I don't know what that means, and it was never mentioned while I was ordering. I feel this is in bad practice.

We had to wait to be seated longer than we expected (we had a reservation) due to the late arrival of a server. The appetizer we ordered (artichoke dip) was different than we remembered from before (more watery and more spinach added). The ribs that went with my order were not very tender, and were somewhat dry. Overall, our meals were satisfactory.

Paid $10 for Long Island Ice Tea that was in a tall glass & not watered down. They gave 2-VA specials & the steaks though smaller than usual tasted great. Overall a excellent experience.

The manager started with our great order she was very friendly and after that, we never saw anyone till our food got dropped off 1 and 30 mins later and the gentleman who brought our food never introduced himself as our server or anything and never asked if we need anything else to drink we had to ask someone else walking by. Our food was cold and ribs were dry. I was told they would bring my daughter's food out first that never happen.

The restaurant was not that busy since we were there at 8 PM. Server was quick and very attentive but unfortunately his crew was not the same. The bartender took over 30 minutes to serve a glass of wine. The server kept apologizing saying she was new and learning, however it doesn't take rocket science to pour a glass of wine. The appetizer never showed up until after we were half done with our meal. Steak was very fatty and ok tasting but the salad was great and appetizers yummy.

We had reservations. Highly recommended. Never know when it can be busy. Waited only a few minutes for them to set up the table.

Service was good. The wait staff was attentive and helpful in making menu choices. Food was delivered promptly and correctly. The prime rib was cooked to order. Tasty, good portions. Of course, the molasses bread was good.

They serve Pepsi products. Had ice water. Waiter made sure everything was good and refilled our water when it was needed.

Overall, a good dining experience.

Our server Jessica was fantastic! She was very attentive, kept glasses filled, kept courses perfectly timed and checked on us continuously. She was an absolute delight!
Most of the food was the normal expected quality. However, the very small lobster tail was undercooked and chewy. The wrangler steak was cooked fine but not a very good steak. It took forever to chew and was a little difficult to cut. The cheesy bread was fantastic as always

They obviously cook their beef sous vide, because the steaks were perfect and wonderful through and through. Our waiter was very good and attentive. The only mildly unpleasant thing was the hosting. We had a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes past it to be seated and that came only after we approached them with the problem.

Needs better quality service went for our anniversary, got my meal wrong, rarely saw our servicer. Manager did our refills, had to ask for the bread that came with our meal. Didn't feel special at all. More likely won't be coming back.

Although the service and ambiance was really good...the food was mostly disappointing. I ordered my steak medium but it was over cooked. My baked potato was dry and the asparagus tasted old. Normally their food is good. I’m hoping this was a one time bad experience.

I really enjoy eating at Black Angus. Their special was GREAT! Our server and manager were terrific. We never had to ask for refills on our drinks. They both looked for a coupon for the special when I wasn't able to access my email because of not getting wifi access.

My only complaint is the fact there were some great baseball and football games and they didn't have the sound turned up on any of them until we were almost finished.

We will be back.

Have dined at this location many many times over the years and always had great food and service.Terrible service this time and food wasn’t as good as usual. Arrived on time for reservation and had to wait to be seated; once seated Waited to be acknowledged by server and when they finally showed up, we inquired about happy hour offerings they left to check and came back to say happy hour was over at 6 pm even though it was 5:57 pm. Waited long time for food. Had ordered another beer which never arrived. Overall, very disappointing and not a good dining experience.

I was very disappointed with the food quality. New York Stake was very fatty and tough. My favorite Rib Eye asked for Medium Rare. It was well very fatty no Flavor what so ever.
Severe an older gentlemen Had on way to much cologne. I could taste it on my food.

Sad because this is my favorite spot.
