We dined at Black Angus and were excited to try the all-steak meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the fries were pretty good. Unfortunately, the overall food quality was disappointing. The steaks were overcooked, not served hot, and lacked flavor. The side portions were extremely small, and the meal simply didn’t live up to the price. For what we paid, we expected much better quality and value.

Been eating at Black Angus for over 30 years, very few issues over those years. Great food and service. When ever I had a problem it was resolved without issue.

Though we’ve been here many times for different celebrations, last nights meal was an abomination. The 12oz “medium rare” ribeye was overcooked and tough - most likely from it being only a 1/2” thick. Two different martinis were watered down and at room temperature - how does can one possibly do that? Makes me question their upcoming Martini Night dinner special. And a mixed drink made with gin versus whiskey - even our waiter agreed it was wrong. I will say the carrot cake was good!

We really had a great dining experience. We have not been to Black Angus in many years and we were not disappointed this time either. The food was great and the service was excellent.

Black Angus is our go-to for a nice steak in an atmosphere that is generally quiet enough for good conversation. Our meals were perfectly prepared in accordance with our instructions. Seasoning is just enough to enjoy, not enough to distract. The prices have risen over the last few years so it’s not cheap, but not also not unreasonably expensive. Three prime ribs with sides and tea, and a steak salad for about $130. Our waiter, Austin, was charming, efficient and just the right amount of attentive.

Our service didn’t take our drinks or food ordered she only delivered our meal and came by our table once. We were there before 6pm and was able to order of the lunch menu. My husband had the steak and crispy shrimp. Shrimp good steak very chewy. I had the crab cakes and shrimp. Could not taste the crab it was over powered by the garlic, shrimp good. Took a long time between salad and main course. Never asked if we wanted dessert. I had listed on the reservation we were celebrating our anniversary. We have been many times to Black Angus, it used to be to be one of our go to places to eat. It is no longer on our list.
